ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 1. ELIGIBILITY: The Earth Friendly Products (EFP) Children s Museum Prize Drawing ( The Drawing ) is only open to persons who are legal residents of and physically located within the 50 United States or D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date the Drawing begins. Employees of Sponsor, their subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. This Drawing is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 2. SPONSOR: The Drawing is sponsored by Earth Friendly Products ( The Sponsor ), located at Monarch Street, Garden Grove, CA AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Drawing constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement and acceptance to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. 4. CONTEST PERIOD: The contest will begin on Wednesday October 1 st 2014 at 9:00am PST and ends on Friday October 31 st 2014 at 11:59 pm PST ( The Entry Period ). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted using the following method: In order to qualify, entrant must comment on the post announcing the contest (as detailed in section 5) on the official Facebook page of Baby ECOS ( 5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Drawing potential entrants must comment on the post associated with this particular contest. A valid Comment will constitute one (1) entry into the Drawing. No methods of entry other than those specified herein will be accepted. Entrants must comment on the post and provide all requested information in order for their entries to be valid. All valid entries will be entered into the Drawing. All entries must be completed and received by Earth Friendly Products before the conclusion of the Entry Period. Limit one entry per household.

2 Incomplete entries are void. All decisions regarding entries are final and are in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, garbles or jumbled transmissions, service provider, Internet, website, or other accessibility or availability issues, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or any technical malfunctions that may occur. Entrants shall be the authorized account holder of the address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain name associated with the submitted address. 6. PRIZES: One Hundred (100) winners will each receive one (1) free admission to the Garden State Discovery Museum ( Prize ) (Approximate Retail Value of $12.98 each). This Prize contains the following Item: One ticket good for the admission of one Adult or Child to the Garden State Discovery Museum located at 2040 Springdale Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ Prize includes shipment to an address located within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. The Prize Package cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. 7. PRIZE DRAWING: At the conclusion of the Entry Period, the Sponsor will select one hundred (100) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The drawing will take place on the first working day after the end of the contest period at Earth Friendly Products, 44 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via within ten (10) business days of drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him or her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his or her place at random from the remaining nonwinning entries that meet the eligibility requirements. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges on Prize Packages are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prize winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within seven (7) days following notification. Return of any prize and/or prize notification as undeliverable or failure of any entrant to comply with any Official Rules will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

3 Entrants agree to indemnify Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives (the Released Parties ) from and against any and all claims, liabilities (including but not limited to, attorneys' fees, costs and disbursements), demands and actions of every kind and nature, whether or not now known or suspected (collectively, Claims ), arising out of or in connection with (i) your participation in the Drawing and any Drawingrelated activity; (ii) any entry submitted by you (including but not limited to, any and all claims of third parties, whether or not groundless, based on the submission of such material); (iii) any posting by you on Sponsor's website; (iv) the use by the Released Parties of any of the rights granted by you in connection with the Drawing; (v) any prize won, any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded and (vi) any breach by you of any warranty, agreement or representation contained in these Rules or in any documentation submitted by you. By participating in the Drawing and accepting any prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use and publish their legal name and state or country of residence online and in print, and any other media, in connection with the Drawing. In addition, by participating in the Drawing and accepting any prize, winners grant to Sponsor a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable (in whole or part), worldwide: (i) right to use their names, likenesses and biographical information in connection with the Drawing; and (ii) license under all copyrights, trademarks, privacy and publicity rights and other intellectual property rights owned or controlled by winners, to use, reproduce, transmit, display, exhibit, distribute, index, comment on, modify and otherwise exploit any entry, in whole or in part, and any other materials and/or information submitted by winners in connection with the Drawing, unless prohibited by law. All rights granted to Sponsor in this paragraph shall be in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised (including, but not limited to, on Sponsor s website, third party websites or platforms, such as social media channels) for any and all purposes including entertainment, news, advertising, promotion, marketing, publicity, trade or commercial, all without further notice to winner, with or without attribution, and without the requirement of any permission from, or payment to, winner or to any other person or entity. This Drawing, including any collection and use of consumer information related thereto, will be governed by these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy posted at As a condition of participating in this Drawing, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Drawing shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cook County, Illinois, which court shall apply the laws of the state of Illinois without regard for rules of conflicts of law. In any such dispute, entrant shall, under no circumstances, be entitled to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys fees, other than entrant s actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any) associated with participating in the Drawing, and entrant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. SPONSOR'S RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and remove any entry at any time for any reason, including but not limited to Sponsor's belief

4 that an entry does not comply with these Official Rules. In the event that a winner is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and may or may not, at Sponsor s sole discretion, be awarded to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Drawing, including but not limited to any misprints or typographical errors. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant s or to any other person s computer related to or resulting from participating, uploading or downloading materials in this Drawing. If, for any reason, the Drawing is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Drawing, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Drawing.
