Co-leader of senior management team that directed and administered unit functioning on the Children s Inpatient Unit at Bradley Hospital (nation s oldest children s psychiatric hospital, and a major teaching hospital for Brown University). Provided clinical supervision to all staff, including post-doctoral fellows in psychology, predoctoral practicum students, psychiatric fellows and residents, nurses, and milieu therapists. With Chief of Operations, created and supervised comprehensive hospital-wide staff development program. Created and administered comprehensive in-service training series that was used hospital-wide. Co-led multidisciplinary treatment team, directed CIU group psychotherapy program. As Psychology Training Coordinator, created and directed Bradley Hospital Psychology Practicum Program, training six - ten students annually from Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, the University of Rhode Island, the University of Massachusetts, Rhode Island College, and the University of Hartford, and maintained liaisons with these schools.
