SUPPORT Our Managed Services, as it is known in the IT support industry, effectively monitors your systems, servers, workstations, and network infrastructure to identify and address issues before they become problems. Our service packages provide you with the comprehensive IT support your business needs for a single monthly cost. You wonʼt have to worry about unexpected fees or wonder how much youʼre going to spend when a problem arises. Our services cover your entire network, including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, switches, routers... Everything! Simply sign up based on the amount of equipment you need covered, choose a service level, and begin enjoying absolute, flat-rate computer network support. Here is how the Platinum service level works: Our ITSPs install a small agent program on both your PCs and servers. This agent securely connects to our operation center owned and operated by Crown Networking Consultants. Our ITSPs gather information from your software providers, internet providers, hosting companies, etc. We become a single point of reference for all of your IT needs and manage all of your other vendors as well. We provide you with service, SPAM filtering, and website hosting for no extra charge. The agent program instantly provides 24x7 service monitoring to our ITSPs. If your system begins to develop a problem we see it almost immediately and are able to take care of the issue before it develops into a major problem. Our ITSPs are available from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday to answer any questions you may have. We even have a special phone queue in place to ensure your calls are answered quickly. Support for Microsoft and other applications is provided free of charge under the terms of your plan. During the hours we are closed, we patch all of your systems to ensure to highest levels of stability and security. Routine maintenance is constantly performed to keep your systems running efficiently. In case a problem arises, we notify you immediately and begin work to resolve it. If it cannot be fixed via remote support, we dispatch a certified engineer for on-site maintenance. This service is provided 24x7. Our ITSPs will make regularly scheduled visits to your office to provide on-site training, additional support service, and additional maintenance. We respond to and repair all issues that arise for no additional charge. Not included in the plan: Additional on-site support for non-covered issues. Support for custom applications is included in our Diamond service level only. Additional service available: Monitored / Managed Anti-Virus Software.
