5 Entry/Exit Stations and Barriers The modular design of the Entry, Exit and Section Control Stations within the ZEAG product range provides a high level of flexibility to control access to the parking facility. Our adaptable models open the door to a wide range of technology and parking trends enabling simple implementation of new functional requirements. The same station design can be used for the simplest of needs all the way to the highest levels of operation that could be applicable in sites such as airports, larger shopping centers or others. Renowned for high performance, long-term reliability, easy service accessibility and minimal maintenance requirements offers you a low cost of ownership. Tickets can be magnetically coded or printed with a barcode and either issued automatically as the vehicle approaches the unit or by touching a ticket button. Our own design of ticket-issuing device is one of the fastest on the market. The ZEAG Lane Controller (ZLC) is a very small industrial PC that provides fast access. It is suitable for external wall mounting within its own housing or can be fixed internally within an existing peripheral station or barrier cabinet. This module is typically used for contract parker lanes, nested areas or door and pedestrian online access control. Our parking barriers, HUB PARK PRO, not only offers fast opening times, long life cycle, reliability and quality, but they amaze with extraordinary design, extremely low operational costs, easy handling and almost maintenance-free technology. 8

9 Fee Computers In contrast to automated pay stations, the Fee Computer from the ZEAG product range has been designed for either Central Cashier or Pay-at-Exit applications to collect payment and/or control a parking barrier. With a large touch screen and multilingual, full-color graphic display the Fee Computer operation is fast and staff-friendly. The Fee Computer includes the capability for shift and management reports, electronic journal log, programmable discounts, local configuration and simple rate set-up. Apart from parking, the Fee Computer is able to act as sale terminal for Kiosk products. The payment process accepts cash, credit or debit cards and also mixed payments with a combination of cash and cards. 16

The ZEAG product range offers a wide range of online, offline, barcode or magnetic stripe validation solutions through handheld or desktop devices but also though systems applications. Reports produced from the management system provide detailed validation information. 20

Compact in size and light weight means it can be handheld or mounted on a desktop. It operates offline without the need for electrical power. The operator inserts the ticket into the ValiMark and then manually closes the clam. The parking ticket is re-coded with a variety of discount types (percentage, time, money value or other rates). The ticket is marked to show that it has been discounted. Payment or exit stations then calculate a predetermined discount when the ticket is inserted. The ValiMate is a motorized device that encodes a single parking ticket with multiple discounts. A ticket can be encoded up to a maximum of 10 times to accumulate multiple discounts. A typical application is in a shopping center where retail units give different parking discounts. The discount applied is also printed on the ticket. The ValiMate works offline, fully autonomously, and requires only AC power. The ValiMate is available in single or 4 discount versions. Rebate Tickets can be provided in many different forms and applications. Typically rebate tickets are given to parking customers by those offering a discount or free exit. These types of tickets are generally produced in advanced at the Coding Station and distributed to retailers, hotels, conferences and exhibitions etc. to attract more customers to the parking facility. Individual rebate tickets can also be created at the Fee Computer FCXR. Individual discount types can be for a reduced monetary value, reduced time (e.g. 1 hour free), percentage (e.g. 50% off) or to apply a different tariff rate). The Automated Pay Station and Fee Computer can accept multiple rebate tickets from various providers to lower a single parking fees. Statistical reports are produced at the management station of the discounts used and their value. PRODUCT FEATURES WEB VALIDATION A versatile and cost effective solution to apply validations to parking tickets using a standard web browser. Validations are recorded in the management station and applied to the parking ticket when the ticket is presented for payment or directly at the exit lane. CODING STATION The Coding Station is a Back-Office station that allows administration staff to create batches of encoded tickets and cards such as discount tickets, day/ week passes etc. It is the ideal solution to produce bulk quantities of tickets from stack for shopping center discounts and visitor or congress tickets for business centers, tradeshows, conferences and conventions. The motorized ticket removing device automates the process of multiple ticket production. The Coding Station of the ZEAG product range is PC based with Microsoft Windows software, and password protection is based on user and level. ValiMark Manual, simple solution for parking ticket discount Rebate Ticket For handing out a fast discount of your parking fee ValiMate The device to encode magnetic stripe ticket with a discount 22 BARCODE VALIDATION ValiPrint is available in single or 4 discount versions. It is simple and easy to issue a barcode discount voucher with the ValiPrint. The most flexible, light and portable voucher printer is ergonomically styled for retail environment. Each voucher is equipped with an encrypted barcode and unique number which avoids fraudulent use of validation. This low cost, stand-alone receipt printer is fully auditable and can be combined with other validation types of the ZEAG product range. 13 Door Access Door Access Readers can be online or offline solutions for controlled pedestrian access into your car park. The online system is designed to allow entrance for contract parkers with proximity cards or transient parkers who type in the ticket number (barcode or magnetic coded). The same applies to parkers who use a credit card to enter the car park. The offline solution for controlled pedestrian access into car parks is limited to short-term magnetic stripe tickets and contract parkers only. 24
