Would you rather have just joined a LBC incoming class group 66 on Facebook than UPeers? Do you think that LBC should continue to use UPeers to help 51 network incoming students? Did you use the UPeers social networking site through LBC? 40 Did you find the UPeers site to be helpful in making connections 31 with other incoming students? Did other students/staff you met on UPeers have an influence on 16 you decision to attend LBC? Additional Comments: Students are encouraged at the close of the survey to convey any additional comments or recommendations regarding the enrollment process. Negative Feedback: The Upeers site didn't allow me to join! Admissions counselors should have more knowledge about the inner workings of LBC. The admissions process was overall very good. The only downfall is that I felt some things were done in an unorganized and last minute way, and it made me more stressed out about the whole experience. But everyone was very nice and welcoming. I just think there should be better communication between departments! 7

8 Everything was really great. The only confusion I had was the website was never updated and said I needed paper work I had already sent in. It was fine but a source of confusion. It would have been nice to have more conversations and possibly counseling about deciding a major. Could be more disciplined in returning calls. Be careful with paper work thru mail. My name was wrong on one paper and my roommates name was wrong. My experience thus far with admissions has been very good. The only disappointment I had was with the LBC website and the difficulty finding what books I needed for classes. Everyone I have met so far has been very friendly and very helpful. I did have a miscommunication between the WPA department and my pre-registration appointment regarding what classes were recommended for me. However, my overall experience has been very good. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I received many phone calls and s that helped me along the admissions process. The only negative was my pre-registration appointment. I was a little taken by the finality of the appointment. I originally thought it was more like a chance to visit the college and discuss different options and information about LBC. To get a "feel" of the college and help my decision. The appointment was kind of like bouncing from one person to another and the last individual we met gave us the best view of college life here at LBC, Carl Edwards in Student Services. I came here as an athlete for women's soccer a week early and I think it would have been helpful to have someone show us around a bit and give us a mini orientation. Also WOW opening night was very disappointing and gives a bad impression but other than that the whole admissions process and registration was great and I'm really excited to start. The skit portion of the orientation was a bit painful! I do think Students Services could have done a little better job of placing roommates with similar interests or at least habits (staying up late, clean vs. messy, etc... ) at least in my case. More clarity about orientation up front. More clarity about things like Logos, and computer necessities in general. Should have been more communication. Pre-reg was very confusing. During the financial aid process it does not tell you that the loan covers both semesters so people get less money for the semester and do not find out about it till move in day I think people should know beforehand. Feedback: Joel was very kind of extremely helpful throughout the whole admissions process! He's a huge reason that I was able to come. Awesome work from Admissions! You all did a great job of helping make my decision to come here easy! I thought everything was great except financial aid information. I was confused and thought more detail would have been a big help. But I am happy it was easily fixed. I love LBC! It's a great college!! I love it here! You guys did great! So helpful! I sent so many s and always got an answer! Keep it up guys! Love you! I am really excited. LBC has been very welcoming, open and caring environment! The people are great! I felt that the admissions staff was very helpful and the process was very easy. I feel the application process was a relatively smooth process and the people in admissions are very caring! I was very pleased with the admissions team with Lindsey contacting me and also keeping in touch. Very very impressed. The admissions office was so friendly. I learned right away that I was cared about and everyone had my best interest in mind! Very helpful! My experience with Lindsey was awesome! She was so helpful! Good experience. 8

9 Everyone has been friendly and helpful during my time of admission. Admissions was incredibly helpful. They were so friendly. I'm friends with Tricia on Facebook, so I would always ask her questions. Every time I saw her at different events she would always remember my name. I like that! Trisha way very helpful! God bless her! Thank you LBC for being really involved in the students lives. Your help was awesome when I was applying! Great service to the students, the people involved were really helpful. Admissions team was very helpful and friendly. I love the size of LBC, people, teachers, and all the workers. I'm so excited to be here and study and share my life. Lindsey Boyer was so helpful! She made me feel at home and was always there for me. She calmed my nerves and is awesome! You guys do great with admissions! I appreciated all the help received and I'm very grateful for the admissions team. Keep doing the great job. May God continue to use you in great ways. It was a really great experience with being so last minute. Admissions was very helpful (especially Tricia!) Thanks so much! Thank you for getting me in to LBC in less than a week. Joel is awesome! I am enjoying being here! The website that was created for new students was an awesome idea. I thought the admissions team was great! People were friendly and encouraging. I like this school a lot, so please don't change anything! I thought the phone calls were every welcoming. Especially when they asked for prayer requests. You guys rock! I love you all. Keep up the great work investing time. Your prayers and phone calls helped influence me to attend. Just though it was great! Everything- president dinner, dorms, and even meetings! Tricia was very friendly and extremely helpful. Her friendliness was a pretty big factor in my decision. All the faculty and staff were great! Name on boards when we visited was very good. Staff was very friendly. Everyone was able to lead and help me and was very nice and willing to do their best to serve. I'm really going to like it here. All of the staff is great, the courses fit my needs, and it's small enough for me to be comfortable. Everyone in the admissions process was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with admissions. I loved the fact that you were praying for God's will and direction in my life regardless if LBC was where God wanted me or not. Everyone was very kind and loving when I met them which is one of the reasons why I love LBC. Overall, after experiencing two other colleges, the services provided by LBC are second to none and made a huge statement about the school and its genuine care for students and their success. RAP program and other services like this I have never seen on this level of education. This school is great and I already want to invite people here and support the school. Please continue to think of creative ways to inform more and more students of this great school and I'm certain many more will enjoy finding a bible college like LBC. I really appreciate the friendliness and true love that the admissions staff showed me. I sensed much more of a personal connection with the admissions staff here than the admissions department at any other college I visited! I am so grateful, for all you have done, beyond words. God has worked through you in amazing ways. Thank you so much for everything, I am forever grateful! You're all in my prayers. The entire process made me more and more excited to be here. Admissions staff was very friendly and helpful, I was so excited about being here. 9

10 The entire admissions registration process was very good and extremely helpful. If I have any feedback to give is that every person in the LBC offices will go out of their way to make sure you have the best and most informative experience possible. Props to Lindsey Boyer for being amazing, helpful, welcoming, and making me feel comfortable and want to come back. Tricia Becker was an amazing help in my admissions process! I appreciated the genuine care Mandi Wissler expressed for me as a potential LBC student. The only thing that I would suggest for the fall preview day that should change is a better food variety- healthy food like fruit alongside the donuts! Very thankful for the smoothness of move-in. It's been a great experience and can't wait to see what God has planned. Joel is awesome! Give him a raise. I really appreciated the genuine care for my family. This summer as my dad went through a kidney transplant. I was contacted by several different people from LBC to see how we were doing and asking what I needed prayer for. I really appreciate it!! Thank you! I think LBC is awesome and has done a great job at helping me get started with my first year of college. Everyone has been so welcoming. I love it here already! Greatly appreciated helpfulness of admissions staff in making the admissions process fast and easy. I love the campus. I've had an amazing time here so far and I'm excited to continue. The admissions team is Awesome! Lindsey is so sweet and has helped me get to LBC! Receiving personal letters, texts, s, and calls from her and other admission team members made me feel like I was not just a "number". They care and actually wanted to get to know me and help me and pray. Everyone is so sweet and focused on Christ. The personal relationships created with the admissions team were very helpful and welcoming. I am looking forward to the admissions team becoming my second family! Thanks for all you do! I worked with Joel and it was great to hear from him even when I didn't know what I was doing. It was really encouraging. For the most part things were made clear, however I had some confusion with the health evaluation form. Very friendly staff. Love that you ask if there's anything you can be praying for me about. More information on our individual financial situations. I still have no idea what my situation is. The pre-reg process was great, Joel was incredibly helpful working with me to get everything in order with my last minute registration! Thank you! From day one, I felt very welcomed and like I was already part of the LBC family. Everyone has been very helpful and so genuine. Loved the president's dinner, as did m family. I am looking forward to the next few years here. Very nice and efficient. I thought everything was good. I have enjoyed my experience at LBC so far. Overall, I felt the admissions process was smooth, easy, and successful. I loved how personal the application and acceptance steps were. I didn't like how long it took to receive everything in the mail. I really love LBC and all the people here. Mandi Wissler was also a really encouraging and helpful admissions counselor. I am very pleased with LBC. I am enjoying all the help received thus far and I'm anticipating a wonderful semester and time here. 10
