17 School-Wide Climate Data All schools provided with SWIS/CICO District Coach is SWIS Facilitator Data Warehouse and esis provide attendance data District Assessment Coordinator provides a Core Data Analysis for EBIS teams quarterly for each secondary school. Reading CBM Grades List of students with 2 or more F s or a GPA below 1.4
18 School-Wide EBS Data SET SET Team identified and trained SET conducted in each school every spring ODRs - SWIS Self-Assessment Survey Staff at each school complete Self-Assessment Survey Teams may also complete optional surveys Benchmarks of Quality Safety Survey
19 Coaching Tools Coaches observe team meetings and complete Coaching Tool. Completed Coaching tool is shared with team leaders (including principals) after each meeting.

21 Bringing It All Together Coaches compile and review data from Coaching tool, Team Surveys and student performance and prioritize attendance at EBIS meetings based on need. Compiled data is also used to plan district-wide trainings The EBS Action Plan is the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) for Climate.
