10 Setting up the Service.. aql & Customer agree network allocation to assign to 3G devices. Could be a single block allocated to mobile use, shared across all Universities Could be a small allocation from each universities range (eg a /20). aql assign IP s either permanently to each SIM (statically) or randomly from a pool.

11 Tech Overview aql provide a managed L2TP service on behalf of JANET and the Universities/Colleges, handing off at Layer 3, routing over aql- JANET private peering NO NAT PPP session allows aql to natively assign IP to the end device.
