1 JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: RESPONSIBLE TO: RESPONSIBLE FOR: General Manager, Tahuna Beach Holiday Park Tahuna Beach Holiday Park Board Maintenance, Administration and Housekeeping supervisors FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH: Tahuna Beach Camp (Inc) Board Managers, Tahuna Beach Function Centre Community groups, organisations and individuals Government and statutory organisations Professional groups Kiwi Holiday Parks marketing group Holiday Park Association/s Nelson City Council Contractors to the Park MAIN OBJECTIVES OF POSITION To oversee and control all aspects of the day to day operation of the Tahuna Beach Camp (Inc) KEY TASKS: The oversight of the section supervisors Liaison with key stakeholders including: o Camp residents o Tahuna Beach Camp Board and particularly the President o Nelson City Council o Contractors Monthly reporting to the Board on matters requiring their knowledge, attention or advice. Expenditure control of costs within the manager s jurisdiction, to ensure budget is not exceeded. Recruitment of such staff as may be required from time to time. Where appropriate this may be delegated to supervisory staff. KEY RESULT AREAS Staffing levels are controlled and maintained at a level that enables the required duties to be performed to an acceptable level. Relations between staff are harmonious
