Please ask your child questions about the book. The children are responsible for listening, learning, and remembering the contents of the Science books. Write the title and sign the Reading Log. 2) Our poem of the week activity sheet a. Read or sing the Alpha Friend poem 5 times. b. Cut out the letters at the bottom of the sheet and make the words on the list. c. Answer the comprehension questions. d. Circle the sight word in the poem. e. Draw a picture and write a sentence on the back of the sheet about the given topic. *Return the activity sheet on Monday. 3) Practice all the words in the Word Bank. At this time there are 9 words, they include; I, like, love, and, the, see, we, a, to 4) Spend at least 60 minutes on Odyssey., 30 minutes in the Math Folder (1,2,3) and 30 minutes in the Language Arts Folder (A,B,C). If your child can do more than 60 minutes, great! Directions for Odyssey were given out a Teacher Conferences and at our Math Workshop. a. First go to the Vieau School website b. Click on the Homework link. c. Click on Odyssey d. The username is an s followed by your child's student ID number (It is written on the inside of the Homework Folder. e. The password is your child's birthday. (Also, written in the folder.) f. School is just "milwaukee". *We realize that not everyone has a computer and internet service at home, but just like we used to have to do, your child can do this computer work at any public library.
