6 The Change Management Team Assemble a Change Management Team or a select group of representatives assembled to transition stakeholders from the current to the future state by using the following methods to select a cross-section of stakeholders: Participating in meetings Observing individuals Identifying opinion leaders or trusted individuals who influence other people s behavior 6

7 Prepare Stakeholder Map Create a Stakeholder Map or a listing of all groups affected by the project classified according to their level of project influence and support using the following methods: Administer a survey Work in small group facilitation sessions Conduct interviews with selected stakeholders, e.g., members of Change Management Team 7

9 Conduct Stakeholder Analysis COMBINING PROJECT, Respondents specify their level of agreement, likes or preferences on a five-point scale, with 1 having the least value. For example, 1=strongly agree and 5=strongly disagree.
