3 Important Notice 1. EZMeetup is a mobile and collaborative software/app designed only for AVer EVC300 and EVC900 video conferencing system. 2. EVC900 and EVC300 can accommodate up to 9 EZMeetup users communicating each other simultaneously. 3. To receive videos on EZMeetup, please enable H.264 and H.263+ video codecs on EVC300 and EVC900 video conferencing system. 4. Minimum Hardware Requirements - Intel Core i3 Dual Core 2.5 GHz - 200MB Disk storage - 4GB RAM 5. Recommended Hardware Requirement - Intel Core i5 Quad Core 2.0 GHz or higher - 200MB Disk Storage or above - 4GB RAM or above 6. Supporting Operating System - Windows XP - Windows 7: 32-bit and 64 -bit - Windows 8 and 8.1 Standard, Pro, and Enterprise: 32-bit and 64 -bit 7. 4 Install Instructions 1. Download EZMeetup from the AVer website: 0A8A954D-ED BA4A-C4795CA80EDA&t =ServiceDownload 2. When finish the download process, please execute the setup file, EZMeetup_x.x.xxxx.xx.exe. You can check the MD5 checksum of software (*.exe) to make sure file integrity before you save it in the flash drive. File name MD5 checksum EZMeetup_ e3086d f958ea c03c 3. After click OK, a new window will pop out and show the following notice Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer. Click Yes to the next step. 4. After click Yes, another new window will pop out and request your confirm to install EZMeetup on your computer. Click Next to the next step. 5. Please carefully read EZMeetup License Agreement, and click Yes to the next step.

5 6. After agreeing with EZMeetup License Agreement, you can select Browse to designate the path you want to install EZMeetup if necessary. Of course, you can just click Next to the next step by using the default install path. 7. Please click Finish to complete EZMeetup installation. 8. After successfully installing EZMeetup on your computer, you can launch EZMeetup and enjoy your meeting.
