1 Oregon Real Estate Agency Approved Pre-License Real Estate Schools The schools listed below are authorized to offer the education required to obtain a broker or property manager license. These schools are either licensed private career schools through the Oregon Department of Education or accredited community colleges, colleges or universities. Course content is reviewed and approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency. To find certified continuing education providers offering Brokerage Administration and Sales Supervision, Broker Advanced Real Estate and Property Manager Advanced, visit Please note: On January 1, 2013, the Agency implemented new required content for real estate education and license examinations. The Agency has been working with schools since November 2012 to approve pre-license courses under the new requirements. Due to unanticipated workload issues, the Agency has not approved all of submitted real estate courses. The Agency is optimistic that the most submitted courses will be approved by January 31, Therefore, the Agency is allowing some schools to offer courses pending approval until January 31, These courses will be identified in red. If the school is unable to obtain approval of any of the courses listed in red by January 31, 2013, the school will be required to cease offering the course until Agency approval is earned.
