Never stack glasses. Prima di utilizzarli con bevande calde si consiglia di passarli sotto un getto di acqua calda. When pouring hot drinks, always pre-heat the glass with hot water. Non prendere il ghiaccio direttamente con il bicchiere. Never scoop ice with glass. Non mettere acqua fredda o ghiaccio in un bicchiere caldo o tiepido (non provocare shock termici). Never put cold water or ice into a warm or hot glass (do not cause thermal shock). Non prendere gruppi di bicchieri con una sola mano. Never pick up glasses in bouquets. Per il lavaggio in lavastoviglie porre tutti gli articoli negli appositi cestelli. Sort all items in bus tray. In lavastoviglie lavate i bicchieri con cicli a bassa temperatura e detergenti leggeri. Wash in dishwasher on a low temperature cycle using a mild detergent. Assicurarsi una buona scorta per le ore di punta. Make sure of an adequate backup supply of glassware for rush periods.
