Massage Therapies Swedish Massage Classic European massage that uses light to moderate touch over the full body. This massage improves circulation and promotes relaxation. Also available in Aromatherapy. A Round of Nine Signature Aromatherapy This massage offers unique blends of organic essential oils each one designed to address a specific issue. Aromatic blends for muscle relief, detoxification, deep relaxation, balance and emotional healing are paired with the skilled touch of your therapist to create a transformative experience. During the massage we will use hot towel compresses to deepen the relaxation of muscles and open the pores to better receive the healing botanicals. Deep Tissue/ Deep Healing The deep tissue massage uses combinations of medium to deep pressure strokes in combination with trigger point release techniques to unlock patterns in the muscles which hold habitual tension. The work is enhanced with the use of an aromatic botanical salve containing extracts of arnica, mountain everlasting and wild lavender that work to reduce inflammation and speed tissue repair. In Native American culture, the dragonfly is believed to lead people towards life-giving water, symbolizing abundance The Perfect Swing Arnica Intensive After a preparation of rocking, compressions and stretching to begin to loosen the muscles and tissues, the whole body is warmed and massaged with mountain arnica massage oil, scented with wild sages and lavenders. Arnica is famous for its anti-inflammatory effects and its ability to soothe sprains rheumatic muscle and joint pain. Our arnica is a supercritical CO2 extract with the highest possible therapeutic potency. The massage continues with classic combinations of sports stretches, compressions, and deep tissue work to restore mobility, vitality, and body comfort. and providing refreshment, renewal and relaxation. 3 Desert Mist Hot Stone This treatment begins with a soothing application of warmed desert cedar and bergamot oil. Hot basalt rocks are then used to melt knotted muscles targeting areas of the body where attention is needed. Staying in each area working through successive muscle layers has the effect of priming the body to focus its regenerative powers in that area. During the massage, your therapist will mist desert geranium hydrosol onto your skin creating a natural lotion that both hydrates and nourishes skin cells. The session ends with lengthening stretches and pressure point holds on the head leaving you relaxed but with your body humming with vitality. Desert Dew Hydration to Relaxation We start with a gentle dry brushing to exfoliate the skin and support the body s natural detoxification process. Followed by combinations of low sweeping strokes and nerve soothing strokes using our rich hydrating Desert Dew massage cream created in the Arizona desert from native cedars and other skin healing essences to offer maximum protection and rehydration for dry, stressed skin. The strokes in the massage are designed to invite a state of deep peacefulness. We finish with a gentle face massage to leave your skin dewy and refreshed. Sun Kissed Aloe and Cucumber Skin Soothing Tonic This massage is a deeply relaxing and stress relieving therapy, but also a cooling and soothing tonic for the skin. Sun Kissed is a medium deep massage using flowing soft strokes, ending with cool stones on the face, and a head and neck massage. The magic combination that makes it so effective comes from our oil of prickly pear and aloe vera, both help sooth sunburn. They act as anti-inflammatory agents, hastening wound-healing by enhancing cell proliferation. As a delicious twist, at various stages during the massage, layers of soothing cucumber hydrosol are misted onto the skin and worked into the oil on the body bringing even more hydration and healing. Revitalizer Aromatherapy Compress The ancient science of aromatherapy uses the essences of aromatic herbs, flowers and trees to heal, nourish and balance the body. After a loosening application of warm oil, stress relieving hot towel compresses are used to bring heat into the muscles and prepare the skin to receive fragrant blends of essential oils that have a range of effects on the body and mind. We begin with massaging the reflex zones on the feet with essential oils that target various organ systems such as the lungs and the digestive system. Then, using oil applications and pulsing strokes we focus on the lymphatic system for optimum health and detoxification, thereby stimulating and balancing energy flow to all areas of the body. Desert Rescue Hair and Scalp Exposure to sun and dry air can cause dull, damaged hair and an irritated scalp. Our soothing, relaxing hot oil hair and scalp massage serves to protect and restore body and shine to your hair, while conditioning the scalp and cleansing hair follicles. Warm kukui nut oil scented with vetiver and ylangylang oils achieves all of this and carries you into a relaxed reverie too. (May be booked as a stand-alone treatment or add-on to massage of your choice). Prenatal Safe full-body massage with warm oils to relieve the aching muscles accompanied with pregnancy. This massage can only be provided outside of the first trimester. Duet Share your experience with a friend with simultaneous massages in a specially designed treatment room. This massage is offered as Swedish or Deep Tissue. Poolside Cabana* Treat yourself to a relaxing outdoor massage in a private cabana at Sweetwater Terrace (weather permitting). Once your treatment is complete, sit back and enjoy a delicious meal (meal charges not included in massage pricing). 4 Facials Power Alpha Peptide Resurfacer This powerful resurfacer is uniquely formulated with peptides and alpha hydroxyl acids to exfoliate and plump the skin. Glycolic and Lactic acids work together to resurface and smooth uneven textures while anti-aging peptides reduce expression lines and wrinkles. This is an excellent professional treatment for Age Management concerns that will leave your skin glowing and hydrated. Power Pumpkin Resurfacer This is an advanced exfoliation treatment that combines powerful enzymes and antioxidants found in pumpkin pulp with alpha hydroxyl acids and beta hydroxyl acids. 5 Body Treatments Red Boot Inspired by the legend of the Red Boot, our signature body treatment is designed to pamper and delight the senses, leaving you feeling beautiful all over, with visible improvements to feel and appearance that will last for days. We start with a fine polish of pure cane sugar scented with our prickly pear essence made from flower and citrus essential oils, and drenched in desert jojoba to soften and refresh the complexion. After removal in a rain shower (or Vichy), you receive a massage using a rich hydrating shea butter cream and are then covered in a layer of skin soothing wildflowers that are infused into your skin using moist heat. While you are wrapped, enjoy a facial massage designed to refresh, protect, and hydrate against the desert sun. The 19th Hole This luxurious treatment pampers you from head to toe with restorative techniques, leaving a healthy glow. We begin with a foot massage that stimulates the reflex zones on the feet, using organic essences to balance energy flow to the various organ systems of the body. This is followed by a gently foaming body polish, made with mineral desert salts and scented with organic rosemary oil, to aid in the body s detoxification. After a rain shower to remove the polish, you will receive a relaxing massage with warm, shea butter cream and then be wrapped in a light, warm cocoon wrap to hydrate and continue the calming effect. While wrapped enjoy work on trigger points on the neck and shoulders to release tension using our desert formulated arnica salve. soft warm sheets. While wrapped to absorb the healing botanicals, we part your hair in furrows applying warm oil to your scalp. Massaging the oil in this way creates a hypnotically soothing sensation, at the same time cleaning hair follicles, stimulating scalp healing, and bringing healthy shine and luster to the hair. Note: Hair and scalp treatment available only in the 80 minute version. Sonoran Citrus Vichy This delightful, fun and refreshing treatment will leave you with a happy heart and skin as soft as satin. To begin, your are sprinkled with a gentle body polish of yellow corn, honey granules, and mineral rich salts which is worked into the skin with exfoliating mitts. The effect is to gently exfoliate dry skin, while conditioning and re-mineralizing the tissue beneath. The polish is them washed off under the Vichy shower with a refreshing citrus peel foaming gel. Then the hydration is locked in with a luxurious massage using your choice of an orange blossom calendula massage oil or lotion. Then the skin is buffed to both exfoliate and stimulate healing. Warm, moist towels remove all the flower grains and you receive a blissful massage with prickly jojoba butter cream before being cocooned in

7 Information Service Charge An 18% service charge will automatically be added to your Spa and Salon treatment prices for your therapists. Package pricing includes an 18% service charge. Reservations We recommend reserving your spa and salon services at least one week prior to your visit for the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. Please allow additional notice when booking for holidays and weekends. Spa and Salon treatments may be guaranteed with a credit card or hotel room number. To contact us regarding reservations, please call Maximizing Your Spa Experience Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first treatment (excluding salon services) to allow time to check-in. This will also allow you to enjoy the facility. The use of the steam, sauna and whirlpool will relax your muscles so that you receive the full benefits of your service. Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late you begin. Spa Etiquette The Spa is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guests right to privacy and quietude by turning off cell phones when you enter the Spa. Age requirement is 16. Personal Possessions We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to, personal articles, including clothing and accessories. We ask that you remove all jewelry before any service. We recommend leaving your jewelry at home or in the safe provided in your guest room. Cancellation Policy If you must cancel or reschedule your Spa or Salon service, please let us know 24 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged for a scheduled treatment. Groups of 10 or more booking services in the Spa require a two-week guarantee. The Spa strictly adheres to our cancellation policy.

8 Facility Use Guests of the Omni Tucson National Resort may use the spa facilities, which is included in the resort service fee. Non-resort guests may use the facility for a daily fee of $25, however the fee is waived with the purchase of a 50-minute spa service. Guests must be at least 16 years of age to use the facilities and services at the Spa. Facilities Our spacious 13,000 square-foot luxurious spa includes private men s and ladies lounges and locker rooms, each with a dry sauna, wet steam room, Jacuzzi whirlpool and cold plunge. We provide a plush robe, spa slippers and a towel. Additional amenities are also provided along with complimentary fruits and teas. For a refreshing dip in our luxurious zero edge pool, visit Sweetwater Terrace. The Spa features a state-of-the-art, 24-hour fitness center and offers a wide variety of fitness programs and classes. Locker rooms are open daily from 6 am to 8 pm. Services begin at 9 am and end at 6 pm.
