Once registered on WINConnect, you can set up a Personal Health Record. Personal Health Records are not the same as medical records, which are created and maintained by your doctor s office. 5 Instructions for Registration and Login: To register on WINConnect, visit winhealth.healthtrioconnect.com. To visit our mobile site, go to winmobile.healthtrioconnect.com. Click register. You will be asked to enter the following user information: Member ID, Last Name, and Zip Code. Click next. The next step is to choose your Username, Password, Security Question, and . Passwords must be 8 characters and contain one number and one symbol. Once you click complete, you have successfully registered for WINConnect. After you have created your account, you are ready to login. You can visit the same direct URL, or you can conveniently find a link to login on WINhealth s homepage at winhealthplans.com. Enter the username and password you set up at registration and click sign in. Your WINConnect homepage will show information relevant to you and your health plan.
