3 OUR EXPERIENCE Tauw has a vast experience in the environmental assessment of commercial and industrial properties. We have participated in numerous international and multisite projects: > 2,000 audits and due diligences > 1,000 transactions > 250 cross border leases All projects have different objectives and range from corporate transactions to risk coverage by insurance companies. With our worldwide network we are able to fulfill the international requirements of our transnational clients. If required we work together with law firms, financial specialists and other consultants. OUR NETWORK One of Tauw s pillars in consultancy is local presence. To really get to know our clients, we have an elaborate network of regional offices in Europe. Outside Europe, we support our clients from the CAT Alliance, representing Tauw in more than fifty countries worldwide. This means that our consultants are able to work close by their clients. The CAT Alliance is a joint venture company owned by Tauw, SKM Enviros (UK) and COWI (DK). The alliance was founded in 2001 after ten years of close cooperation between the three founding members.
