Women In Business Network User Agreements [Required] New Template Agreement There have been some changes to the excel templates that the committee has been using. I understand that some organizations have been using the same sheet for the last few semesters, however, there have been some changes to the excel templates. As of this semester, we will not be accepting any of the older templates. (Anything older than Version 4.0). Submissions of the older templates will not be considered until a proper submission is made. Furthermore, the spreadsheets need to be completed without any missing fields. In particular, the "Rational/Source" column is of great importance. In that field you will write a brief summary of why you feel this particular item is important. If your item exceeds $500 in total value, please indicate what alternatives you have researched, and why you concluded that your choice was the correct one. The new templates can be found here: Please download, fill out, and submit. Thank you. [ ] I have read the above and agree to it's terms Page 4 of 10 Funding Request Form (FALL FUNDING PROCESS)
5 [Required] Appropriations Appointments Agreement In addition to the above policy, Student organizations that are required to make an appointment with the Appropriations Committee* will be contacted at a further date by the Vice President of Business & Finance. However, there are a limited number of available appointment time slots every Wednesday night. Therefore, the student organizations being considered for appointments will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis. At most, the committee will meet with 12 student organizations per Wednesday night. This is the number of appointments, not the number of budgets. Incomplete or incorrect budgets will not be considered for an appointment. These two policies are created in an attempt to smooth the funding process and ultimately make it easier for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding. *Student Organizations that plan to opt out do not have to schedule an appointment.
