11 The Arizona Board of Regent s High Honors Tuition Scholarship (a.k.a. AIMS Scholarship) is a university academic merit scholarship administered by the Arizona Department of Education on behalf of the Arizona Board of Regents. Qualified students who graduate from high school in 2013 will receive a 25% Fixed In-State University Tuition Scholarship for one year following high school graduation. This scholarship is renewable for an additional 3 years based upon meeting University established criteria. Qualifications: 1. A s & B s in all 16 Core Competency Courses Core Competency GPA OR Top 5% rank 3. Exceed Standards on all 3 or the AIMS Exams by the end of junior year OR Exceed Standards on 2 AIMS tests AND score at least 3 on at least two AP tests. * Students CANNOT retest to Exceed senior year to qualify! 4. (ACT/SAT) Students must score at least a 28 on the ACT OR at least a 1300 on the SAT1 test (critical reading & math, excluding essay)
12 In State University Entrance Requirements 1. High School Diploma 2. Completion of the 16 Core Competency Courses with a 2.0 GPA in each area 3. Any ONE of the Following: 1. Top 25% of class GPA ACT SAT (combined Reading & Math)

Search for schools and programs of interest Apply online at Arrange to take the Accuplacer Test at any local community college some time in late January (usually takes approximately 3 ½ hours) Fill out a transcript request form in January, available in the front office.
