1 ALGOMA Agreement Type Institution Qualification Offered Length of Environmental/Forestry Concurrent Sault Bachelor of Liberal Science Environmental Forestry Degree/diploma in Integrated Resource Management Students must apply to the 1 st year of Sault s Forestry Technician. incl. an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with Grade 12 English and Grade 11 Mathematics at the technical level. Senior Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (general or advanced) are strongly recommended. Students must obtain a minimum GPA of 3.2 in their 1 st year at Sault. It is recommended that students have advanced-level credits and some OAC courses. 4 years Yr 1: All courses at Sault. Yr 2: Transfer into Sault s Integrated Resource Management Technology program; 75% of courses at Sault, 25% at Algoma. Yr 3: Become a full-time student in Algoma s Liberal Studies Degree program; complete Sault s Integrated Resource Management Technology Diploma program (graduate in May); 50% of courses at Sault, 50% at Algoma. Yr 4: Complete Algoma s Liberal Science Degree program (graduate in May); all courses at Algoma. The Sault co-op placement is mandatory. The Algoma co-op placement is optional. Students pay college tuition fees for 2 years and university tuition fees for 2 years. Graduates can continue their education by transferring to an Honours Science Degree program at Laurentian or at another school.

2 BROCK Geographic Information Systems Agreement Type Concurrent Institution Niagara Qualification Offered BA/BSc in Geography with a concentration in GIS/ Post-graduate certificate in GIS Brock: 6 OAC credits with a minimum average of 60%. Students normally enter the program at the start of year 2 and should apply for admission at the end of year 1. A joint committee considers applications from students who have at least a 70% average. to the concentration includes concurrent admission to the Niagara. Enrolment is limited and dependent on the availability of lab space at Niagara. Length of 4 years Niagara courses are taken in the Fall Term of year 3 and in the Winter Term of year 4. Brock students must complete the 9 Niagara GIS courses, plus the 4 Brock GIS courses with a minimum overall B average to earn the GIS post-graduate certificate from Niagara. Such students receive 4.5 unspecified transfer credits towards their Brock Honours Geography degree with a GIS concentration. Students have access to full facilities at both institutions during their studies. Both credentials are awarded on degree completion.

6 MCMASTER Textile Management Internship Nursing Medical Imagining Technology Diploma Degree Agreement Type Joint Joint Concurrent Institution Mohawk Cones toga, Mohawk Mohawk Qualification Offered Internship Post-diploma BA Nursing Bachelors of Radiation Sciences Applicants must be under 30 years of age (since federal support comes from the Youth Initiative of HRDC); be fluent in the English language; possess a college technician or technology diploma, or a university degree in science or engineering; have successfully completed at least 1 chemistry course at the postsecondary level; have high school level mathematics; have a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database application software. Length of 1 year program, 3 semesters (including a 4 years work placement). Semester 1 covers textile science and textile manufacturing. Semester 2 is a work placement where students receive on-thejob instruction. Semester 3 covers managerial skills. Mohawk College Faculty of Engineering Technology delivers the textile part of the. McMaster University School of Business delivers the management skills component. Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), including English and 2 Mathematics Length of 4 years Nipissing: Students must complete 120 credits, including 105 (or 108) core credits. Students must achieve a minimum grade of 60% in at least 18 of the 30 credits required in year 1. All students are required to complete 700 hours of documentable work experience during the program (excluding the 300 hours which are required for ADMN 4995E). Appropriate preparation includes courses in Drama and other performing and visual arts, English, and History, along with experience in public performance. An audition is required. The applicant must contact Sheridan directly once he/she has received his/her U of T Student Number. Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), incl. The theatre performance portion of the program is taught at Sheridan and is a special program open only to students who are enrolled in Theatre & Drama Studies at Erindale. 12 TRENT Child & Family The Museum Management and Curatorship Agreement Joint Concurrent Type Institution Sir Sandford Fleming Sir Sandford Fleming Qualification Offered Child and Family Studies Post-Diploma Certificate Special Concentration BA/HBA in Museum Studies/Advanced Certificate in Museum Management and Currently working in the child care field and already possess a college diploma or a university degree. is by letter to the Registrar of either Trent or Fleming. Curatorship Trent: 6 OACs, incl. English At least 10 university credits, incl. the 100-level introductory course plus at least two additional credits in the student's major. Length of Course Content The certificate is offered through part-time studies. Students must complete 6 semester courses from Fleming and 3 credits from Trent (a half credit from Trent equals a semester course from Fleming). There are four units in the program - Child and Family, Resource Teacher, Child Care Administration, and a Special Emphasis - made up of different combinations of courses. Application is by letter to the chair of the Museum Management and Curatorship Committee at Trent. The deadline for applications is January 31 in the year preceding the Fleming year of the program. 4 years Students register FT at Fleming in the 3 rd or 4 th year of their Honours program. Courses, incl. an internship in Semester 3, lead to a three-semester certificate. Students who complete the certificate with a minimum average of B- (70%) will receive up to four upper level credits towards a Trent Honours degree. Students admitted to the programs are also required to apply to the Ontario College Application Service. Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), with an overall average of 70% in 6 OACs. Additional requirements for Hons. incl. English and a second Arts-related course. Application for admission to the Career Development Practitioner Option can be made during the 2 nd term of the 1 st year at the earliest, and normally, not later than the 2 nd term of the 1 st year. Length of 3 years (BA); 4 years (Hons) 4 years Conestoga's program consists of 11 courses which count for 5 term university courses. Fourteen to 16 courses (depending on certificate) are completed at Niagara over two terms. Work internship options are available. A student must achieve an average in the CDP courses of at least 65% and a B standing in the Conestoga College Certificate courses. Some courses may be taken by Distance Education or on a Letter of Permission from Guelph or Wilfrid Laurier University. An OAC credit in mathematics is recommended.

Length of 3 years (BA)/ 4 years (Hons) 4 years Conestoga's program consists of 11 courses which count for 5 term university courses. Wilfrid Laurier: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), incl. OAC Calculus, OAC English, OAC Algebra and Geometry at 60 percent. At least 2 of OAC Biology, OAC Chemistry or OAC Physics. One additional OAC. Students apply to the combined BSc/EET program at the time of admission to Year 1. Students must complete the 12 General Physics (BSc) degree core credits. 17 WINDSOR Education/ECE Nursing Agreement Type Concurrent Joint Institution St. Clair St. Clair, Lambton Qualification Offered BA (or BSc)/Bed/ECE Diploma BA Nursing Length of Windsor: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with a minimum average of 60 percent in 6 OAC, including OAC English I. Applicants for the Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics), the Bachelor of Science (Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering) and the Bachelor of Computer Science programs also require a minimum average of 60 percent in Mathematics OAC credits. Applicants for other programs in Science also require a minimum average of 60 percent in Mathematics and Science OAC credits. 5 years All students are required to complete the 30 course general BA (or BSc) requirements, in addition to the Education courses and 45 days of Practice Teaching. Students must have a minimum B cumulative average in their Sheridan 6 term programme, and will be given advanced standing credits equivalent to 5 York credits (1 more t ransfer credit than is normally allowed in the Faculty of Fine Arts for courses taken at Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology). (minimum grade of C) and have previous employment or volunteer experience in the field of rehabilitation. York: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, incl. 6 OAC credits with an overall average of 70%. One OAC credit in English, 1 OAC from the following subject areas: Classical Studies, Français, French as a Second Language, Geography, History, Mathematics or a modern language. Application to the programme is made in January of the academic year in which the student expects to complete the 60 th credit (i.e. in year of Study II). HBA 90 th credit; year of Study III. Applicants must have at least a C+ average in the first 2 years of a York B.A. program. York: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, incl. 6 OAC credits with an overall average of 70%. A current medical report and report of chest x-ray or tuberculin skin test, a valid Standard First Aid Certificate, and a valid C.P.R. Certificate are required. Georgian: An Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent at the general level including Grade 12 English, Grade 11 or 12 Biology, and Grade 11 or 12 Chemistry or Physics. A 70% average in these subjects if at the general level and 60% if at the advanced level is required. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate prior to entering the Nursing program. The courses must include 24 credits taken at the 3000 level or above and 30 credits at the 4000 level. A major GPA of 6.0 including a minimum grade of C in all courses used in the major is required. Also required is successful completion of the practicum component. Upon successful completion of either the Arts or Business specialization requirements with a "B" average or better, students receive 30 credits advanced standing toward a B.A. York. They receive an additional 12 credits advanced standing if a grade of "C" or better has been achieved in the following courses: YKC 100, YKC 200, YKL 100, and YKL 200.
