2 How to Apply Application for Admission Complete an application for admission. It is highly recommended that you apply online at Applications are also available at each College of Professional Studies campus location. Academic Transcripts Submit proof of high school completion (high school transcripts, GED, or equivalent), as well as any official transcripts from colleges or universities you have attended or are currently attending.* * Additional documents may be required for specific programs.
