The company was formed by a number of qualified programmers and I.T. engineers; the staff got their experiences through academic studies, training, and the implemented projects for the private and public sectors. ALWUSOOL aims to fully automate the daily work of their customers and help them to adopt the latest technologies including Oracle database, Application server, etc. Also, the company provides Oracle software license through its partnership with Oracle. 3 ALWUSOOL for IT Services Page 3 of 14 ( Brief summary of Most Important Products) 1- ALWUSOOL Institutions' Documents Management and Archiving Suite (IDMS V.4): This suite is considered to be the latest systems for document management and the most important e-governance application in Iraq, where the system has proved its efficiency in paper work automation for government organizations and miniseries and private institutions that use it. the system made of four interrelated systems with each other, and the customers can use all or some parts of the package and as their needs: A. Official Documents Archive System: It is a specialized system for incoming and outgoing official documents archiving, providing globally accredited standards in documents digital archiving in terms of display, store, retrieve and ease of use the archived documents. B. Workflow System: it is one of the most important system of the package, the system specialize in official document and drafts process in the organization, sending and receiving between the employees, export and write instructionson it and then send it via . C. Folders And Forms Archive System: It is a specialized system for archiving and store files of various kinds in a form of Folders. The system Allow the users to participate and access the files, share them, and modify them according to their access level in the system, in addition the possibility of store electronic Forms and get some statistical reports on these forms. D. System: It is a specialized communication system between the users by using normal properties of system and sending using an electronic pen. There is ability to attach official document from the system with ALWUSOOL Warehouse Management System (WMS): it is a specialized system for managing inventory, accounting for government departments. The system cover all the needs and requirements of warehouse work, entry and directing warehouse, internal stores transfer and a lot of properties and support a large number of reports which appear on click, knowing that, the system supports four languages. 3- ALWUSOOL Mmanagement for Clinical Laboratory system (MLMS): The system manages the work for government medical laboratories and automates their work by linking laboratory with consulting clinics and patients section, which increase the speed of test results delivery and print reports, as well as to enable the laboratories to analyze and archive the results of hundreds of patients per day smoothly, and reducing the proportion of potential errors. Besides, the system provides a wide range of reports and instant statistics to view it in a form of charts.

ALWUSOOL Points of Sell System for shops and business centers (POS MALL). B. ALWUSOOL Points of Sell System for stores and professional business centers (POS MALL PRO). C. ALWUSOOL Points of Sell System for offices and companies system (POS COMPANY). D. ALWUSOOL Points of Sell System for offices and professional companies system (POS COMPANY PRO) The versions for the system vary depending on different features like buying and selling on credit with customers and suppliers, retail and wholesale, the number of users and stores can be defined, storing expenses data, sending reports via , bill items retrieval, discounts, reports on the fund and profits, send reports through ... etc. All versions of the system deal with dollar and dinar. 6- ALWUSOOL clinics management system (WCMS): this system specialized in management and organizing the bookings, doctors` accounts, registering patient information, archive, and retrieve it, store prescriptions and diagnoses and other properties that contributes to medical work. Note that, the system supports electronic pen to enable the physician to write diagnoses quickly. 7- ALWUSOOL system for monitoring staff attendance (WEA): a specialized system of registering and tracking the attendance of the staff. The system works with access control devices such as, (fingerprint, face recognition, ID card etc.). The system register the attendance of the stuff, display reports, calculates the periods of daily attendance of staff and display absent ones, according to their administrative level. Note that, it is possible to connect more than one device with one central system.

Such as converting files from FoxPro database file, which has been working under (Dos) encoding environment to readable text format under the Windows Operating system in addition to other features, which will enable the beneficiaries of the shift up from the old systems to modern systems.
