Do we need to cost to build 8 hosts (there are only 7 servers in the BOM) and required virtual machines to host the 100 users? 2 30 April 2013 Please confirm the total number of servers in the Citrix farm, respective Operating System/XenApp version at African Bank Head office 4 30 April 2013 Please provide list of the total number of applications & version in the environment. How many of these have been virtualised? 5 30 April 2013 Please confirm total number of users (named users) accessing the Citrix environment Some of the servers in the BOM will be put into a new pool of XenServer hosts. The 100 licenses for XenApp will be pooled with existing 300 licenses in the primary installation. 5 Virtual Servers spread on 2 XenServer 6.1 hosts are being used behind the Citrix XenApp Access Platform. We expect 3 more virtual servers when we upgrade to the newest release this summer/fall. XenApp version is currently 6.0 but we re upgrading to 6.5. See table below. There are 1412 named users registered in the Citrix Profile Server. 1

2 6 30 April 2013 Please confirm number of SQL servers which is currently hosting the Citrix databases. Are these databases replicated? 7 30 April 2013 Is there a testing environment in place to test changes before going into production? If so, is it isolated? How many servers are allocated for testing? Only one SQL Server is being used by the Citrix Access Platform. HA is guaranteed by XenServer HA capabilities. There is a test environment at the primary site but not at the backup site. This is isolated from the production environments of both the primary and secondary sites. All servers are virtualized.
