18 Key to Video Success You re only as good as your weakest link Audio Cameras As much as there has been a breakthrough with desktop video conferencing technology, there is still the human element that needs to be factored in when introducing the technology. Some basic setup is needed to insure the best experience. This is particularly true with audio. One cost effective device that works for any desktop conferencing software is the Phoenix Duet (MT202-PCO). For HD quality video we selected the Logitech and C930e, BCC 950, and CC3000ecameras.
