1 Terms and Conditions DBS 2015 Supplementary Retirement Scheme Promotion 1. Promotion Period 1.1. The DBS 2015 Supplementary Retirement Scheme ( SRS ) Promotion ( Promotion ) is open to all existing customers and commences on 11 November 2015 and ends on 31 December 2015 ( Promotion Period ) or such date(s) as may be determined by DBS in its discretion from time to time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility 2.1. Existing customers An existing SRS customer who meets the criteria in Clause 2.1 (a) and/or (b) below (each an Eligible Customer and collectively, the Eligible Customers ) will be eligible to receive a maximum of one of each of the following items ( Gift and Vouchers as defined below):- a) Steamer (While Stock Last)(Worth S$59)( Gift ) i) the customer must invest a minimum of S$20,000 in any of the SRS-approved Unit Trust or Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) during the Promotion Period using the existing SRS funds maintained in his/her existing SRS account opened with DBS; ii) Unit Trust and Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) must not be cancelled during their respective seven (7) days and fourteen (14) days free-look period; and iii) the application for the Unit Trust and Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) must be signed between 11 November 2015 and 31 December 2015; and the policy must be issued by Manulife by 29 January 2016.

2 b) $100 Worth of Robinson Vouchers ( Vouchers )(1 st 200 Redemptions only) i) the customer must successfully fulfil Paragraph 2.1(a) and invest an additional minimum of S$20,000 into another SRS- approved Unit Trust or Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) not purchased in Paragraph 2.1(a) during the Promotion Period; ii) Unit Trust and Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) must not be cancelled during their respective seven (7) days and fourteen (14) days free-look period; and iii) the application for Unit Trust and Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) must be signed between 11 November 2015 and 31 December 2015; and the policy must be issued by Manulife by 29 January Under this Promotion, an Eligible Customer is only entitled to a maximum of one (1) of each of the Gift and Vouchers, on the basis of per life insured, regardless of the number of policies purchased In respect of Unit Trust, a redemption letter ( Redemption Letter ) will be sent by DBS to the Eligible Customers who are entitled to receive the Gift and/or Vouchers within 4-6 weeks from the end of the Promotion Period or the date of expiry of the seven (7) days free-look period Single Premium Life Insurance Plan(whichever is later) and will be sent to the address, as per bank record,of the Eligible Customers known to DBS. Details of the redemption will be set out in the Redemption Letter. Neither DBS nor Manulife assume any liability or responsibility and they each shall not be jointly or severally liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the Eligible Customers receipt of the Redemption Letter or any Redemption Letter which gets lost or misplaced or tampered with or defaced or stolen or misdirected or damaged in the post or which has expired. The original Redemption Letter and proper identification documents (original NRIC/Passport) of the Eligible Customers must be presented at the point of collection/redemption.

3 2.3. In respect of Single Premium Life Insurance Plan plan (ManuWealth Plus), Manulife will only issue the Redemption Letter to the owner of the policy (upon receiving the Letter of Undertaking and the proposal form), or any person authorised by owner of the policy (in a form and content acceptable to the DBS or Manulife). The redemption letter will be mailed to the designated mailing address as stated in proposal form one (1) month after the policy issuance. The Organisers are not obliged to replace any redemption letter expired, lost or not received. Proof of postage of letter will be deemed as the proof of delivery and receipt Redemption of the Gift and/or Vouchers at the relevant redemption locations must be made within one (1) month from the date of the Redemption Letter failing which the Redemption Letter shall be null and void and the Redemption Letter and the Gift and/or Vouchers shall be forfeited. Any Eligible Customer whose Gift and/or Vouchers has been forfeited or whose Redemption Letter has become null and void shall not be entitled to a replacement redemption letter or Gift and/or Vouchers or any payment or compensation By taking part in the Promotion, each Eligible Customer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally:- AND a) agrees and acknowledges that DBS has the right to:- i) recover the value of the Gift and/or Vouchers as stated herein, and may deduct the value of the Gift and/or Vouchers as stated in these Terms and Conditions from any cancellation or surrender monies, where applicable, due to the Eligible Customer; or ii) request for a reimbursement of the value of the Gift and/or Vouchers as stated in these Terms and Conditions from the Eligible Customer, in the event the Unit Trust is cancelled within the seven (7) days freelook period or Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) is cancelled during the fourteen (14) days free-look period;

4 b) agrees and consents to immediately reimburse DBS for: i) the value of the Gift and/or Vouchers as stated in these Terms and Conditions; or ii) the difference between the value of the Gift and/or Vouchers as stated in these Terms and Conditions and the cancellation or surrender monies due to the Unit Trust or Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) holder or policyholder, in the event where the cancellation or surrender monies, in relation to the respective Unit Trust and Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus), where applicable, is not sufficient to reimburse DBS for the value of the Vouchers as stated in these Terms and Conditions. 3. General 3.1. This Promotion is not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated DBS decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained Purchase of the Unit Trust and Single Premium Life Insurance Plan (ManuWealth Plus) is subject to DBS assessment of the Eligible Customers suitability for these products DBS may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party DBS reserves the right to replace and/or substitute and/or change the Gift and/or Vouchers with another item of an equivalent or close to the prevailing recommended retail price of any of the Gift and/or Vouchers at any time and without giving any prior notice or reason or assuming any liability to any party.

The Eligible Customers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to DBS and such other third party as DBS may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on
