2 Ordering Process Overview For Xora InVehicle HM order at AT&T, the entire order is placed through AT&T. The AT&T representative places the order for the hardware, installation and services (data plan and Xora). Note that AT&T uses CNM Wireless for order processing, service activation and invoicing. CNM Wireless will invoice the customer through the Phoenix system for hardware, installation, service setup and all recurring services. gomrm is the fulfillment house for hardware and installation services.

3 Step-by-step Ordering Process Before Starting If required, set up contract, Billing Account Number and credit with the customer. Step 2 Once the order is processed and the activations are complete, VERY IMPORTANT, CNM Wireless will send the completed activation form to the AT&T Rep, orders@gomrm.com and orders@xora.com. The activation form will include Customers contact information, the BAN and the PTNs for the account. Step 3 gomrm configures the hardware with the corresponding IMEI and SIM, and then ships the hardware to the customer. They also schedule a time to install the hardware in the vehicles. Notes Please set customer expectations of about 3-4 weeks from time gomrm receives order to time customer receives equipment and gets the first installation completed. All new accounts will be provisioned on the T2 system by default. Exceptions require approval from Xora Sales Director or VP of Sales. If approval is obtained, reps need to follow up with an to Xora and gomrm in Step 2 of the ordering process. New orders for existing T1 customers will continue to be added to their T1 account. For customers that do NOT need installation, reps can quote standard pricing less $100. In such cases, gomrm must qualify customer before they can perform their own installation. The default tracking interval is 5 minutes. The minimum tracking interval allowed is 2 minutes. The tracking interval is configurable via the GenX device firmware, and set by gomrm at order fulfillment time. The tracking interval cannot be changed from the Xora Management Console, but gomrm has the ability to change the value over the air upon request, while the device is in service. SMS (text messaging) charges of $0.20 per message may be incurred from time to time. A small number of messages may be required for configuration changes or technical support purposes.

5 Estimating Data Network Consumption The GenX device generates a packet of data each time a location capture (a track ) is sent to the server, and each time events such as Ignition On/Off and Switch 1-4 On/Off are detected and reported. Each packet is typically between 250 and 300 bytes in size (NOT kilobytes). It is estimated that a 2 MB plan should more than suffice for a vehicle that's on the road and reporting for 8-9 hours a day. Keep in mind that the device sends even less data during the vehicle's down time. In order to estimate the monthly consumption of the device, the following formula can be used.
