Clean out battery box WL307 - Test Bucket crowd circuit due to report of creeping cylinders. POS 3 has slow leak and POS 3 valve cap missing. Articulation pin movement checks all ok. 4 47237 WL307 Tyres: Repair POS 3 tyre continualy going flat, need to strip and fit tube into tyre. 31/05/2012 Hours WL307 Bonnet actuator motor U/S inspect and repair as required 21/06/2012 Hours WL307 Replace front LHS window - outsource to G.T onsite windscreens. Quote no WL307 C/O park brake hose, Blown hose made up temporary hose until new one arrives WL307 Defect repairs, Manufacture new plate for battery box, replace cartridge in up/down tilt lever control, remove seized bolts from hydraulic tank WL307 Engine oil leak; carry out repairs as required and ordered parts if needed. Lose bolt found and leaking o-ring on hyd pump line. Degrease and pressure wash WL307 Heui fuel pump has stripped thread in oil supply line. Remove pump and order new one & install WL307 Engine warning fault, found metal in oil and filter housing drain oil and refill, change filter and check engine oil pressure, Change out engine with new. Interior blower fan not working. Remove interior and test fan WL307-Inspection/Repairs/Prepare for site - Line bore loader quick hitch attachment, Carry out electrical / mechanical preinspection, renew rear w/lights, remove RH tail ligths, bracket assy, repair corrosion in harness to tail light. Renew front w/lights, horn assy, ground E level E-Stop. Remove & replace faulty front indicators, "P" clip from alternator wiring. Renew UHF radio, AM/FM radio, amber beacon assy, top work lights. Fit bushes to quick hitch and loader frame. Renew rear indicator assys. Pressure test A/C ok, vac down. Renew circuit breaker in fuse box, clean all corrosion from circuit breakers, carry out final inspection. Fit new vent to dash, new control knob to temp control, backing plate to rear light assemblies, co-axial lead rear of cab. Remove broken bolts from loader frame and fit steer cyl and torque retainer bolts. Drain coolant, repair hole in engine block, c/o air con vents, seat belt, air filters, cab filter, repair mounting block on quick hitch frame, c/o roller on accelerator pedal. Make template for the new battery cover with fire extinguisher. Cut out rust in door and make new panel. New inercooler pipe in, hook up all hyd hoses, pre-start machine, topped up hyd oil and filled up with coolent, put belly plates on. Final inspection, fit chocks. Sand blast door latch components, change out suction pipe, oil filter, modify cylinder guard find A/C fault, remove A/ lines and condensor. Replace A/C condenser & hose, fit new o'rings to fittings, pressure test system, VAC down system for 1 hour, re-fit belly guard. 28/09/2012 Hours 25/10/2012 Hours
