Jose Izquierdo worked during 12 year as a Technical Advisor fist, and later as Patent Director for a now disappeared Attorney s firm (CIPMA). In 1980 he founded ACOPAT, and became Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney in Mr. Izquierdo is Community Trade Mark and Design Attorney since During his more than 40 years of professional life, Mr. Izquierdo has acquired a wide experience in the treatment of different subjects relating to industrial and intellectual property, although his technical speciality are the mechanical and electrical Patents. Mr. Izquierdo has become in the advisor of prestigious Spanish Industries, establishing protection strategies of Industrial property rights. Maria now manages and advises on many aspects of protection and enforcement of Industrial and Intellectual Property. She specializes in patent, trademark, design law, unfair competition, and domain names. She also has wide expertise in conducting due diligence reviews on portfolios of patents, trademarks, designs and intellectual, and elaboration of contracts, assignments or licenses. She has acted before the court in several lawsuits relating to mechanic and chemist patents and relating to trademarks and designs. Maria loves travelling and animals. She also has a keen interest in music and attends gigs regularly.
