With more than 30 years of experience in intellectual property, he is a recognized expert in the field and has been certified as a Specialist in IP (trademarks, patents and copyright) by the Law Society of Upper Canada. In addition, he holds bachelor s degrees in both engineering and law. David is extremely active within the intellectual property arena, serving as a regular committee member with the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He is also a member of the Ontario Advocates Society and is a former member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the Canadian Bar Association. His notable achievements include acting as co-counsel in the well-known patent diaper wars between Kimberly-Clark and Procter & Gamble, and the telecommunications wars in Canada and the U.S. between AT&T, MCI and others. Presently, David is the only INTA-certified alternative dispute resolution expert for Russia.

She has contributed to new domain regulation in the Russian Federation and is also actively involved in intellectual property legislation development initiatives in Russia as an authority for the Anti-Piracy Committee of the State Duma (legislative assembly) of the Russian Federation. Julianna is currently working with the Russian Franchising Association on changes to franchising law.

Vladimir has participated in the development of Patent Law and the Service Invention Law of the Russian Federation, as well as regulations for patent attorneys. He is also vice-president of the Russian Association of Patent Attorneys.
