This Webinar will focus on nursing facility level of care assessments, identification of service needs, care planning, collaboration with the MCO care managers and the clinical and financial Medicaid eligibility process. OBJECTIVES: This program will focus on the following: Differentiate between Pre-Admission Screening (PAS) and Prior Authorization Understand the NJ Choice clinical assessment and care assessment protocols Learn the MLTSS Care Planning Process Identify the keys to a collaborative relationship with MCO care managers Understand the Medicaid clinical and financial eligibility processes TARGET AUDIENCE: Assisted living executives, marketing and sales managers, wellness nurses, business office managers and others involved in MLTSS.
