Line), a statewide hotline to assist low-income women in need of prenatal and delivery care, funded by the National March of Dimes Foundation; and 2) The New Life Project, a community outreach program which trained and provided resource mothers to work with low-income pregnant women in three Georgia health districts with high infant mortality, funded by DHHS, MCH Services.
