Joint presentations of SMEs within fairs and exhibitions with international significance abroad or within Germany Business location presentation, conferences, workshops and matchmaking with international relevance abroad or within Germany Business delegations What are the conditions? Project funding based on subsidies Up to 100 percent of eligable expenditure, i.d. max EUR Improvement Adressing new beneficaries Possibility of procurement There must be confirmed a special overall economic interest of the Land Berlin

Project oriented subsidies for not-investive activities regarding new markets for Berlin SME Foreign Trade Assistant What are the conditions? Subsidies for the individual participation in trade fairs, exibitons, show rooms and conferences Subsidies up to 50% of the employee's gross salary, but max EUR for 12 month for a Forein Trade Assistant Improvement Adressing new beneficaries Expected increased atractivness of the funding scheme

Projects of business networks and/or researche institutes, with the aim to support Berlin SME to overcome internationalisation barriers and encourage and foster the development of sustainable international cooperation What are the conditions? 16 ProFIT Programme to foster research, innovation and technology -ProFIT Aim of support: Project oriented grants for innovation in an early stage of: -industrialresearch, - experimental development as well as - building up produktion lines und marketing. Start upscanreceive grantsupto 500 TEUR ( upto100 TEUR assubsidiesandupto400 TEUR asloan) for SME oriented projects (early stage). The primary purpose of the enterprise company must be related to an innovation or derive particular out from a research and development project (R & D project) Grant are eligible for individual and joint projects primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and research institutions. 17 ProFIT Eligibility: legally independent profit, oriented enterprises,which have their registered office or an organisationally independent facility in Berlin Short summary of prerequisites for funding: The project must meet the program specific technical risk and innovation criteria The R & D performance in thecontextof theproject must go beyond a routine development and should be distinguished by special, preferably copyrightable know-how Project must appear technically feasible Total financing of the project is to demonstrate In joint projects, a cooperation agreement must be signed by all partners Senatsverwaltung für Wirtschaft, Technologie und Forschung Programm für Internationalisierung
