2 Activities in May, June 2013 LISO monitoring activities (C4) the reports after local climate debates Declaration and network DOKLIP (C6) preparation of regional climate conferences Project publications (F5) MidTerm report was accepted (A1)

3 LISO monitoring activities The reports after debates We send reminders to LISO about the reports 45 reports have been collected so far, of which around 30 have been accepted 8 or 9 reports will not be prepared due to lack of LISO in a given county, so it was decided to send a special letter to all debated counties with additional questions concerning their actions after debates The summary of the reports is continuously prepared

4 LISO monitoring activities The reports after debates Out of 15 reports analysed: 34 local media relations were counted 4 possible influences of debate on the strategic documents of the county were identified 3 times the debate was reported on the county council session Informations gathered in the report give an opportunity to advice some people, who were on the debate on their problems with RES. Advice activities were planned as a part of activating measures for county leaders (A4)

10 Project publications County Climate Package Evaluation of new texts resulted in more recommendations for change than expected some texts have been prepared from the start by the end of August County Climate Package is going to be an element of conference papers, but not as a publication The publication is going to be prepared paralely to the conferences in Autumn 2013

11 Project management MidTerm report The report have been accepted with minor remarks, but some additional documents (timesheets, invoices) have been asked by the commission to be shown with the final report Proposed minor changes to the project tasks (CDM final meeting, delay in climate regional conferences) have been accepted by the commission Second prepayment have been received by ISD

12 Other 10th number of project bulletin was prepared and disseminated on the last day of August Project leader have prepared a serie of articles about German Energiewende, which will be disseminated also among the project counties Team meetings was held on Next team meeting is planned for
