8 Provider/Physician: HPI HPI documented from body site specific Oncology specific templates on Left side are pre-loaded for each user. Patient documentation on Right side. Clinical documentation can be brought forward from a previous visit.

9 Provider/Physician: MD ORDERS Order treatment regimens which are prebuilt by body site/disease. Templates are customizable by provider.

10 Provider/Physician: CPOE/TREATMENT PLAN Regimens sorted by body site/disease for building patient s treatment plan. Regimens are customizable by provider.

11 Provider/Physician: erx erx compose page lists current medications, allergies, and discontinued medications Surescripts database for drug and pharmacy search

12 Provider/Physician: LAB RESULTS REPORT Provider has the list of all lab results received for review. May review and sign results for all patients from a single listing or click to open the patient chart.

13 Provider/Physician RECORDS LOCK Provider signs the chart note and is prompted for Meaningful Use measures. If Patient Education materials are printed inside the application, this measure is indicated automatically.

14 Provider/Physician: PRINT PREVIEW OF CHART NOTE Print preview of final chart note Chart note may be printed to paper or faxed from the EHR.

15 RN/Infusion Nurse: CPOE/TREATMENT PLAN Patient treatment plan built with dates of treatment, dosage, calculation method. Dates in green indicate authorization/pre-cert required and obtained. Dates in red indicate authorization/precert required and not obtained.

16 RN/Infusion Nurse: MAR Medical administration record (MAR) is built based on the treatment for today. Lab alerts pop up if lab values are out of range. May consult sources for additional information, dose reduction, etc.
