4 The company "Digital Archive" project begins Launch of the Chalco.net digital asset management platform Acquisition of the Hyphen-Italia brand 4 About US Since 1998, Hyphen-Italia has designed and developed IT solutions, systems and software applications for Corporate, Brand and Product marketing communication as well as the publishing market. We provide content to media solutions to leading international brands in the fashion, luxury, interior design and home decor industries as well as the retail market. Our technologies support all roles and players contributing to our client marketing communication, sales and content-to-media production. We partner with our clients IT teams, supporting them throughout the design, planning and execution of projects - the application of our technologies to their company reality. We also assist our clients with our market-specific business practice and process expertise of the Corporate, Brand and Product marketing communication market environment as well as our deep knowledge of its functions and players. To serve the needs of an efficient multi-channel marketing communication, product promotion and sales strategy, our solutions encompass the implementation and management of a Product Database providing the Product Master Data-Sheet/Record. This includes up-todate marketing and technical specification data for the product as well as its visual content such as images, video and other web content. The Hyphen-Italia Chalco.net platform can be integrated with the leading ERP, PLM and PDM systems and applications. Pertinent product data can be collected and transferred to/from the Calco.net Product Database's product marketing master data record. From there, Chalco. net manages the life-cycle of your products marketing content, from concept through editing and approval to distribution to the intended media. All this, while maintaining up-to-date bi-directional data exchange with all other interested back-end systems through the management of the product life-cycle and its data. Through a pragmatic approach to publishing content management and production needs we have gained the trust of leading publishers such as DeAgostini, Hachette, Pearson, Giunti, Gruppo Editoriale L Espresso and RCS.
