The distinctive feature of MOST arms is their external support construction which provides natural and undisturbed air flow through the arm. The standard diameter is 160 mm, however, it is possible to change it and adjust to particular application. 4 ISO 9001 MOSTAIR WF-ECO Jet-Pulse - stationary device MOSTAIR WF-ECO Jet-Pulse is a stationary extractor of welding fumes and dust with a built-in filter and Jet-Pulse Clearing for cleaning the filter element. This is economical unit for fumes and light dust whose filter element is cleaned with compressed air. The fan with aluminium rotor provides over 1000 m³/h flow rate of extracted air. The unit is mounted on a wall and connected to the mains and compressed air. The unit must be hung at least 2.5m above the ground. The arm (lengths:1.5, 2, 3 m) is directly fitted to the unit. The efficiency of filter element is 99.9%. When the filter is dirty, cleaning process should be activated. After that the dust container should be emptied. The unit is ready to use again. MOSTAIR WF-ECO Jet-Pulse is an interesting alternative to central solutions. It has compact construction and low operating costs. Thanks to high efficiency (99.9%) the filtered air may come back to the workshop without losing heat in wintertime. There are two levels of filtration. The preliminary filter collects impurities of bigger size and the exchangeable filter element collects fumes and small particles of dust. The exchange of the filter is easy and fast. The additional active carbon filter pack may be installed to eliminate harmful gases. MOSTAIR Wall-Flex is equipped with a wall bracket, a fan mounted in the upper part of the unit and extracting arm (1.5, 2, 3 m). The unit can be connected to a central ventilation system. Fumes and dust are extracted downwards through the tabletop with 2000 m³/h flow rate. Inside the housing there is filter element equipped with Jet-Pulse system and 1.1 kw fan with aluminium rotor. The pulsing system of cleaning filter element is activated from the table front. After cleaning the air is expelled to the workshop (the unit should not be used for aluminium grinding). In standard version the unit is equipped with a strong lamp to light the workplace and with a socket to plug in electric tools. In the table there is a bracket for welding clamp and an earthing terminal for welding unit. Under the grate there is an expansion chamber and water filters which collect bigger impurities and extinguishing sparks. The operating costs are reduced thanks to Jet-Pulse system which effectively cleans the filter element with compressed air. The process of cleaning the filter element is initiated from the front of the table. After each of such operation the container for impurities which is under the filter should be emptied.
