3 Pro Dolly HD1 Countertop Transport Cart The Pro-Dolly HD1 ( HD1 ) provides easier transport and installation of countertops, and is especially helpful when used in pairs for very tall, extremely heavy, or extra-large countertops. This aluminium-frame dolly features a lightweight and compact design which weighs only 21 pounds, yet has a rated capacity of 750 pounds (1,500 pounds when used in pairs for very large tops). The low profile dolly (only 5.38 from the support rail surface to the ground) allows rolling of tall tops through doors. The dolly features 8", non-marking, flat-free, closed-cell polyurethane tires which exhibit excellent shock absorption. The support rail is lined with durable rubber to prevent chipping, and countertops are secured with an integrated clamp (useful when lifting, the dolly stays attached). Weight Capacity: 750 lb (1,500 lb when used in pairs) Pro-Dolly HD2 Countertop Transport Cart The Pro-Dolly HD2 ( HD2 ) is Omni Cubed's most heavy duty dolly, in the "smallest package". This aluminium-frame dolly weighs only 35 pounds, yet has a rated capacity of 1,000 pounds (2,000 pounds when used in pairs for very large tops). The low profile dolly (only 6.82 from the support rail surface to the ground) allows rolling of tall tops through doors. The dolly features 10" non-marking, flat-free, closed-cell polyurethane tires which exhibit excellent shock absorption. The support rail is lined with durable rubber to prevent chipping, and countertops are secured with an integrated clamp (useful when lifting, the dolly stays attached). Unique to the HD2 model is the integrated machined aluminium handle for ease of carrying and placement, and an oversized clamp opening that enables the HD2 to transport countertops with thicker edge details (up to 5 thick), such as tops with mitre laminated edges. 4 Pro-Cart AT1 The Pro-Cart AT1 provides a solution to the challenges associated with large and cumbersome countertop installation carts. The cart is constructed from aluminium tubing, so it is strong and lightweight at less than 50 pounds. Important for climbing stairs, the cart stays attached to the countertop when lifted and the 8 casters allow resting on stair treads. The non-marking, flat-free, closed-cell polyurethane tires dampen vibrations and enable travel across rough terrain such as gravel or lawns. The cart s high ground-clearance allows popping of wheelies over larger curbs, and in many cases one person can operate the cart by themselves. Tops are secured by clamps located on each side of the cut out to reduce breakage in the middle. 5 Sink Hole Saver Original Clamp (4ft) Sink Hole Saver Original Clamp (6ft) The Original Sink Hole Saver is an innovative stiffening device that protects finished stone pieces from breakage during lifting, transport and installation. The product is an ideal solution to strengthen countertops and backsplashes, especially fragile stone pieces. The Sink Hole Saver features mechanical clamps, which stay secure around finished edges. Large, easy-grasp clamp knobs make the clamps effortless and quick to tighten. The stiffening rail is very strong, yet light-weight, and features a convenient sliding channel for custom placement of each clamp. Sink Hole Savers can be applied in the shop and left on the countertop all the way to and through the install! Available in 4, 6, and 8 ft. lengths. Stonegate is pleased to have lengths 4 & 6 feet available from stock VCM Sink Hole Saver VCM (6ft) The Sink Hole Saver VCM is a surface-mounted stiffening device that protects finished stone pieces from breakage during lifting, moving, and installation. The product works great for curved or bump-out countertops, and can be combined with the original Sink Hole Saver strengthening rail (mechanical clamp version) for added versatility during installations. The product features large 6 vacuum cups, which can be repumped without removal or loss of remaining suction. The cups quickly slide and lock in the rail for custom placement on wall panels or around sink holes. A red-line indicator on each cup alerts user if re-pumping is needed (can re-pump without removing units or losing suction). 6 Aqua-Jaw Carry Vise (pair) The Aqua-Jaw Carry Vise has been designed for easier and safer carrying of countertops, and is the only allweather carry clamp designed to not slip off wet countertops. Super-tight vise action prevents stone from slipping, and the product works better than gravity-dependent carry clamps on stairs and other slanted install terrains. The carry vises distribute the weight to both arms, reducing worker strain and enabling the safe and easy lifting of heavy pieces up to 4.25 inches thick (800 pound capacity per pair). Dual, quick-spin tightening handles quickly secure the product, and rubber-lined gripping rails protect tops from scratches. 7 Miter-It Mitre Clamp The Miter-It clamp is a fast and easy-to-use jig that allows finished-side-up mitre laminations. The clamp securely holds pieces in place at 90 degrees, eliminating the need for extra workers to position the material. The clamp s weight and non-marking, non-skid contact surface hold the product and mitre piece in place (no suction cups needed). This simple, yet innovative design minimizes maintenance and parts, while eliminating the numerous awkward adjustments often required with other mitre clamps. Finished-side-up mitring without flipping the material offers many benefits including safety and reduced strain for workers, keeping the seam in view during lamination, and reduced risk of breaking or damaging the stone. The clamp allows coarse and fine-tune adjustments to quickly achieve exact and tight seams.
