32 Common Applica8on Errors Incorrect Correct Applicants fail to report repeats as planned during the 12 th grade year. All work in progress must be reported in the fall or spring of 12 th grade to be applied to admission requirements. NOTE: The original grade must be reported un8l a final grade in the repeated course is earned.

33 Common Applica8on Errors Incorrect Correct COLLEGE COURSES: Applicant needs to report name of ins8tu8on, term taken, course 8tle and number. First- Time- Freshmen with college courses will need to report college name and units earned in Sec8on 7 College Informa8on.

34 Common Applica8on Errors Incorrect Correct Courses do not appear on Southwest High School UC a- g list Applicants afending CA high schools should click the checkbox next to the name of each a- g approved course taken. Course 8tles manually reported may not match what is on the UC list.

All correspondence should include the applicant s full name and RedID number. My RedID number is I am wri8ng to tell you I have repeated the D grade I received in Geometry taken in the fall semester of my 10 th grade year.
