Therefre, the Real Estate Transfer Disclsure Statement, Seller Prperty Questinnaire, and this Addendum d nt in any way relieve Buyer frm Buyer s respnsibility t make an independent diligent inspectin f the prperty, t hire all necessary inspectrs, t prvide these inspectrs with Real Estate Transfer Disclsure Statement, Seller Prperty Questinnaire, and this Addendum, and t ask questins that may be pertinent t ensure an infrmed decisin.
