Responsibilities: This position will define the business requirements and technology-independent process and data models for technology solutions that meet the needs for various business areas and will bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers (e.g., vendors, infrastructure team, and development team) Undergraduate degree, preferably in information technology or business administration discipline years experience in business analysis. Interviewing and listening skills to elicit detailed requirements Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements Verbal and written communication skills, ability to create effective requirements documents and review them with key project stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. Understanding of software design and development. Experience with any or all of the following highly desirable: CRM, financial reporting, portal, accounting systems. Ability to provide leadership and coaching to less experienced business analysts. Experience with financial or professional services industries preferred. 2 Data Analysis Technician III Data Analysis Technician (DAT) Receives, processes, analyzes, and reports data with accuracy. The person will need an in-depth, working knowledge of how these products share data. The resource(s) will need to know how to establish communications inside of the firewall to server products and repositories located in the Data Center. Functional testing for correct read, write and execute properties for all files. Knowledge of DoD directives or regulations, policies, and guideline. Reviews and audits new and revised data to ensure compliance with Government requirements. Ensures data is complete and tracks data deficiencies to verify the completeness and accuracy of the data before release. Routinely interfaces with customers, managers and technical representatives in fulfilling all technical information responsibilities for technical data. HS Graduate or Equivalent MCSE, MCDBA, OCP, OCM, GSOC, DB2, M2008 SQL 8, MCDBA, MCIPT DBA, MCIPT DBD, MCM: MS SQL Server 2008, MCA: MS SQL Server

3 Deputy Program Manager Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of assigned programs and task orders. Ensures adherence to program master plans and schedules develops solutions to program problems. Develops and maintains support tracking system ensuring that all associated administrative and support request are fielded, acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or related certification such as ITIL, CMMI Level years IT experience in Information Management, Network Operation Center (NOC) Environment, or related deployable Subject Matter Expert (SME) management areas. 8 years experience in a DOD related leadership/manager position. 4 Multimedia Support Specialist Planning and full lifecycle support for all Video and audio communications network services, including installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and management of designated video network distribution systems and associated equipment, both garrison and deployed, for all levels of security classification. This includes, but not limited to video conference bridges, video gateways, audio systems, video walls, video telecommunications (VTC) suites, point-to-point VTC devices, video distribution Multi-Point Control Units (MCUs), full motion video (FMV), and streaming video, and all associated system elements. Recommend Service Level improvements and upgrades to enhance performance and assist in optimizing video distribution requirements. CCVP, Tandberg+, Network+, Security+ 1-3 years experience providing Video services Experience with installation, configuration and maintenance requirements of end-user devices (including desktop systems), video bridges and single/multi-point control units Comprehensive knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications Understand change management procedures to include scheduling outages in advance with the Government and coordinating with impacted sites/functions Technically relevant Industry certification Security + certification Associate s degree with additional formal training and certifications in IT systems. Experience may be substituted for education on a case-by-case basis

6 Project (Task Order) Lead and Rock Island, IL Project Lead plans, directs, analyzes and coordinates Technical Direction Order (TDO) Information Management Support Service activities for the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) and its supported elements. Ensures that all objectives and goals are accomplished within contractual requirements, time frame, and funding parameters to assure the successful movement of effort. The TDO Manager will provide day-to-day interface to the program management, technical staff and support organization; responsible for ensuring that tasks and personnel are completed according to schedule and contractual requirements. This TDO Manager position requires a detail oriented, hands-on senior level individual with knowledge of project management practices and will be required to work in close coordination with Operations, Human Relations (HR), and the customer to minimize any negative mission impact. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of disciplines including IT strategy and planning, business processes analysis and management, system analysis, information and data analysis and management, presentation/exhibit development, configuration management, IM operations and communications for Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and other Federal Agencies. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management/Administration or related discipline or equivalent years experience PMP, CISSP, CMMI, ITIL, MCSE, CCNP Direct experience will be considered in lieu of education on a case-by-case basis. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. ITIL V3 Certification a plus.

7 Subject Matter Expert III Provides technical/project management of assigned projects or major phases of significant projects or programs by coordinating the efforts of assigned technical staff. Organizes projects and task workloads within budget and schedule guidelines. Typically has extensive knowledge and experience within assigned technical discipline. May provide management of the activities and staff of a research or technical business unit. Responsible for overall unit performance within budgetary and schedule guidelines. May identify and recommend objectives and scope of technical projects. Communicates goals, scope, approach and schedule to assigned personnel. Establishes budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment and supply needs for assigned area of responsibility. Develops and coordinates contract deliverables and reports. Prepares management plans and reports. Leads team members in completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, and briefings and presentations. Typically has management experience in addition to related degree and extensive knowledge and experience within assigned technical discipline/area of responsibility. Contributes subject matter expertise and advice to the customer at a level that is typically attained via a related technical education. Bachelor of Science in computer science or electronics engineering and two years of software development experience, of which one year must be related to telecommunications customer care software development. Requires years experience. Master s Degree in a related discipline, MCSE, CCVP, CCNP, CISSP, EH preferred
