1 Business Technology Programs bt.chemeketa.edu Chemeketa offers sht-term and one-year certificates and two-year degree programs in Business Technology f those who wish to pursue a career in a business office environment. The Business Software certificate is designed f individuals who wish to update their business software skills in applications including wd processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases. The Office Fundamentals certificate is offered f people who want to develop refresh their clerical skills in der to qualify f entry-level office wk. The Virtual Office Assistant certificate is a f those who already have administrative office experience and want to obtain the skills necessary to wk as an independent contract from home another office site. The Business Technology certificate prepares you as an entry-level office suppt specialist. You may earn any of the Certificates of Completion by successfully completing the credit hours required. The two-year program is designed f those who want to become administrative assistants, secretaries, office assistants, and suppt specialists. There are four two-year programs: Administrative Office Professional, Accounting Administrative Assistant, Medical Administrative Assistant, and Virtual Office Assistant. You may earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree by successfully completing the credit hours required f each program.
