CHERRY FORCE Drain and Lift Station Maintainer Cherry Force is a noncorrosive solvent grease trap, lift station, and drain maintenance product. It contains a cherry-scented solvent formula that cleans the drain lines effectively and causes the grease in the trap to remain a liquid, which makes pump-outs easier. It also deodorizes, leaving a pleasant cherry fragrance. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in hospitals, restaurants, hotels, municipalities, schools, resorts, and other places that operate lift stations and grease traps. CITRI-CON CLASSIC Grease Trap, Drain, and Lift Station Maintainer Citri-Con Classic effectively cleans, degreases, and deodorizes lift stations. Its natural formula contains no petroleum solvents, harsh caustics, or chlorinated benzenes. It emulsifies grease and oil for easy removal by a pumper truck and deodorizes with a fresh, pleasant scent. Its unique floating layer provides continuous cleaning and odor control. Citri-Con Classic is safer to handle than caustic or acid products. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in lift stations and wet wells of sewage plants and other waste water systems where grease buildup and odors are a problem. COMPANION PRODUCTS: Drain Mate 2000 Pump CLEAR FLUSH, M/M Urinal Cleaner and X-Ray Drain Maintainer Multi-Mist Clear Flush is a fast-acting formula that removes rust, lime, scale, and buildup of uric acid salts in urinals. It can be used for both curative and preventive maintenance and eliminates odors. In X-ray drains, Multi-Mist Clear Flush dissolves and removes drain deposits that cause drain clogs and slow drains. It prevents expensive damage caused by drain backups and mechanical drain line cleaning. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in toilets, urinals, and X-ray processor drains in commercial and industrial buildings, hospitals, schools, manufacturing plants, hotels, and motels. CLEAR FLUSH BLOCK, M/M Urinal Deodorizer and Maintainer Multi-Mist Clear Flush Block provides a double benefit by deodorizing and aiding in preventing uric acid salt deposition; releases a fresh, mulberry fragrance after every flush. The Multi-Mist Clear Flush Block is an economical solution for preventing buildups within the urinal drain system. Available in Mulberry fragrance. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in urinals. Drains & Wastewater Page 21
DRAIN MASTER Liquid Drain Opener Drain Master penetrates quickly through water to get to clogs and easily dissolves grease, fat, oil, and hair. Its double-caustic composition liquefies grease so it easily flows through the drain. Drain Master is recommended for shock dosage of clogged drains and helps prevent future clogs when used in a regular maintenance program. It will not harm pipes, porcelain, rubber, and septic tanks when used as directed. Its non-acid, non-fuming formula reduces foul odors. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in drains, grease traps, sinks, and toilets to dissolve grease, hair, and other materials. DRAIN-TAIN, C/M Foam Drain Sanitizer for Food Processing Facilities Check-Mark Drain-Tain is a foaming disinfectant and sanitizer for use in food processing plants, USDA inspected food processing facilities, institutional kitchens, food storage areas, and food establishments. It was specifically formulated to sanitize floor drains and generates high foam to provide long lasting contact in drain lines where bacteria grow and thrive. Drain-Tain is effective against Listeria and kills listed bacteria on treated surfaces and prevents the spread of Staph; Salmonella, and Pseudomonas. It also controls small flies in drains by coating all sides of the drain. *Registration pending in CA APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use on non-food contact surfaces in hospitals, restaurants, hotels, schools, cafeterias, food storage areas, food processing areas, food service establishments, and meat/poultry processing plants. FREE-FLOW STRIPS, M/M Soda Fountain Drain Line Maintainer Multi-Mist Free-Flow Strips is a drain line maintainer specifically designed for soda fountain drain lines. This product is a preventive treatment designed to prevent buildup of sugars and food particles, prevent overflows, and eliminate the source of foul odors. It helps prevent costly downtime by removing the need for drain line flushing, manual cleaning, and eliminates the need for expensive professional plumbers. One strip lasts up to 30 days. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in hospitals, restaurants, hotels, schools, cafeterias, office buildings, convenience stores, and food service establishments. JM-135 Sewer and Drain Cleaning Compound JM-135 contains chemicals and metallic chips to saponify and remove grease. It also contains a blue tracer dye allowing verification of free-flowing lines. JM-135 generates heat through a time-release formulation that attacks stoppages farther down the line. When used as a drain maintenance treatment JM-135 will aid in preventing problems caused by grease, oil, fiber, sludge, and organic matter. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in sewer lines, industrial drains, grease traps, and lift stations. Page 22 Drains & Wastewater
MANZYME COMPLETE Powdered Bacteria/Enzyme Drain Maintainer and Sewage Treatment Manzyme Complete is a natural, organic treatment that goes to work immediately upon application to liquefy and digest organic waste and grease and to control odors. Billions of aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms produce various enzymes that digest organic materials. May also reduce frequency of pumping in grease traps and septic tanks and helps control odors. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in disposals, ice bin drains, lavatory sinks, mop sinks, pre-rinse (vegetable) sinks, refrigerator drains, serving line drains, vegetable peelers, urinals, and for municipal sewage treatment, anaerobic sludge digesters, ponds and lagoons, and trickling filters. PASSAGE V Biological Maintainer for Drains, Grease Traps, and Sewage Systems Passage V contains fast-acting biological organisms to thoroughly digest organic waste instead of just pushing it down the waste stream. It coats drain walls for extended protection against drain buildup and contains no harsh caustics, acids, or solvents. It is non-corrosive and its active organisms are tested salmonella-free. Passage V works with or without oxygen. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in floor drains, grease traps, and food dispensers. Also excellent for sewage treatment applications such as activated sludge systems, sludge beds, and oxidation lagoons. COMPANION PRODUCTS: Drain Mate 2000 Pump Drains & Wastewater Page 23
PASSAGE V PLUS Biological Maintainer for Drains, Grease Traps, and Sewage Systems Passage V Plus contains a powerful deodorant as well as an advanced biological concentrate for maintaining grease traps, drain lines, septic tanks, and sewage treatment systems. In addition it coats drain line surfaces for maximum retention, digestion, and cleaning activity. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in restaurants, laundries, hospitals, food and meat packing facilities, hotels and motels, commercial and industrial kitchens, residences, athletic facilities, schools, nursing homes, municipal sewage, and poultry house facilities. COMPANION PRODUCTS: Drain Mate 2000 Pump Ask For Details On Automated Application Programs Page 24 Drains & Wastewater
PLUM-IT (WITH SAFETY KIT) Concentrated Liquid Drain Opener Plum-It is fast-acting for use in unplugging most pipes and plumbing. Its integral floating odor masker helps prevent rotten-egg odors from fouling the environment during drain cleaning operations. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for dissolving hair, grease, soap, oil, sewage, cellulose materials, tobacco, coffee grounds, tea leaves, cellophane, toilet paper, vegetable scraps, cloth, chewing gum, and wax in traps of washbasins, sinks, and bathtubs and as a general-purpose drain opener inclusive of metal, plastic, and clay tile sewer pipes. NOTE: Includes 1 safety kit per dozen. QUICK DRAIN Drain Line Control Quick Drain is a granular drain opener developed for restoring clogged drains and maintaining them at full capacity. It generates heat to destroy and flush away hair, grease, and other organic material. When it is used as part of a regular preventive maintenance program, lines stay free from grease and hair accumulations. It is suitable for use on stainless steel, brass, and chrome fixtures. The citrus fragrance effectively masks foul odors. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in kitchens, country clubs, restaurants, hotels/motels, schools, hospitals, recreation centers, foodprocessing plants to dissolve drain-clogging grease, hair, food, and other organic materials. RED STREAK, M/M Liquid Drain Opener Multi-Mist Red Streak is a highly concentrated liquid drain pipe cleaner developed to dissolve greases, fats, and oils. It opens completely clogged drains, provides preventive maintenance of drains, and does not form a hard soap on contact with grease. Instead, it liquefies grease so the grease easily flows through drains. It is harmless to pipes, rubber, and septic tanks and helps reduce bad odors. Use Multi-Mist Red Streak in a regular maintenance program to help keep drains and pipes clear and free-flowing. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for use in toilets, lavatories, wash sinks, floor drains, and kitchen sinks. Can be used in HVAC AC drain lines in conjunction with Multi-Mist Pan Tabs.
