3 How bioexpert BIOLOGICAL TABLES work? Inside a drain: a three steps mechanism st step: Short term action Degradation of the organics by free enzymes. Action of specific compounds to facilitate the microorganisms degradation and growth. 2 nd step: Bioaugmentation Specific microorganisms capable of utilizing the organics as food substrate present establish a population within the drain lines and pipes. The use of organics via enzymes production as food allowing the microorganisms to grow and increase in numbers to eat more and more organics. 3 rd step: Long term prevention Microorganisms adhere to surface like tiny magnet and build a biofilm, a highly resistant structure that protect microorganisms and the drain lines. Maturation of the biofilm and release of microorganisms that go colonize further down. Page 3 of 16

11 6. bluexpert ODOR STOP - professional liquid concentrate FOR EFFECTIVE REDUCTION OF ODOR NUISANCE UNDESIRABLE SMELLS GONE AWAY PRODUCT DESCRIPTION bluexpert ODOR STOP is a liquid anti-odor product containing natural and synthetic compounds which immediately react with the most unpleasant odors different origin, for example, coming from sewage systems, liquid and solid wastes, etc. Anti-odor compounds immediately eliminate odor nuisance/ unpleasant smells (containing sulphur and nitrogen) through their full neutralisation. In addition, product also contains a small amount of aromatic ingredients which can mask the rest of odor, if necessary. The chemical reactions between bluexpert ODOR STOP and odor molecules convert the last ones into non-toxic biodegradable by-products free of any smell, safe to people, animals and the environment. The advantage of this preparation is substantial malodors abatement immediate after its application. APPLICATION bluexpert ODOR STOP can be used directly everywhere odor nuisance occurs (sewage, solid waste, and other odor sources) in concentrated form or in considerable thinning with water for many ways: pouring directly into odor source (important, product is neutral to microorganisms in cesspools/septic tanks); sprinkling directly odorous surfaces using cans, spray dispensers etc.; washing stinky surfaces. bluexpert ODOR STOP can be used, for example, in: waste storage facilities, rubbish cans, dumpsters etc. (applicable for waste containers washing); sewage system, during sanitary works, cesspool/cesspit emptying; places settled by animals (cats, animal breeding etc.); Page 11 of 16

12 during processes where the problem of odor nuisance appears; for washing, cleaning containers for waste storage; fetid rooms/areas where odors are perceptible; utility rooms; for cleaning of neglected toilets; for washing vehicles transporting animals; WHEREVER THE PROBLEM WITH UNACCEPTABLE ODORS APPEARED; for industrial cleaning the higher concentration of product in working solution should be applied. bluexpert ODOR STOP ADVANTAGES bluexpert ODOR STOP is completely water-soluble. Due to product neutralises unpleasant smells in two ways (converting odorous molecules into free of any smell by-products and masking, if necessary), it is a universal anti-odor agent. INSTRUCTION FOR USE Depending on the type of waste and concentration of odor the proper working solution of bluexpert ODOR STOP has to be used. The usual dilution vary from 5% to 15% (e.g. 1 volume of bluexpert ODOR STOP concentrate mixed with 20 6 volumes of water). In case of exceptional strong malodors the working solution might be used in a considerably larger concentration of up to 30% (1 volume of concentrate mixed with 2 volumes of water). Such prepared working solution has to be applied by sprayer for odor nuisance sources or surfaces. STORAGE CONDITIONS bluexpert ODOR STOP is non-flammable, non-explosive and not very volatile. The product is fully biodegrable and safe to the people, animals and environment. bluexpert ODOR STOP should be stored at 5 o C 40 o C. The container with the product should be tightly closed after usage. In such conditions the activity of bluexpert ODOR STOP concentrate is guaranteed for at least two years. Page 12 of 16

13 bluexpert ANTI-ODOR GELS removing unpleasant smells. Applications: anti-odor gels are recommended for removing unpleasant scents in any place they may occur (drains, pumping stations, landfill sites, composting plants, etc.). This innovative, economical method is significantly more efficient than traditional smell-masking deodorising solutions. How the gels work: anti-odor gel emits active chemical compounds into the habitat which impact the odor particles. This is a dry method of removing unpleasant odors, which means that active compounds are released only through the flow of air, without using any additional devices. When suitably positioned, gels form an anti-odor barrier which can neutralize odors in a large area (i.e. a landfill site). Advantages: highly efficient odor removal, activated without using water or electricity, easy to install, low cost of use, can be used in low temperatures, corrosive environments and hazardous areas, works quietly and efficiently, 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year around.
