2 Coil Cleaner & Brighteners Acid Based - Concentrate Coil Cleaner & Brightener Acid Based Concentrate is used for cleaning air-cooled condensers and coils. It generates foam, which drives contamination out of the condenser. Product is easily rinsed away with water. For outdoor use only. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Turn power off. Mix with equal parts of water. Apply using low pressure sprayer. Add water first to sprayer and then add an equal amount of Coil Cleaner & Brightener Acid Based Concentrate. For heavy dirt, use 1 part cleaner to 3 parts fresh water. For moderate dirt, use 1 part cleaner to 10 parts fresh water. Wait 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. NOTE: Do not use Coil Cleaner & Brightener Acid Based Concentrate undiluted or any stronger than one part cleaner to two parts fresh water for cleaning coils. Avoid use on nickel and aluminum metals. Non Acid Based - Concentrate Coil Cleaner & Brightener Non Acid Concentrate is used for cleaning tube and fin assemblies in air conditioning condensers. Alkaline in nature, it includes surfactants, which cut through heavy grease accumulations caused by air borne contaminants. Contains biodegradable chelants. For outdoor use only. Recommend wearing protective eye-wear and gloves while using this product. Turn power off. Use 1 part Coil Cleaner & Brightener Non Acid Concentrate to 3 parts fresh water. Apply using a low-pressure sprayer. Add water to sprayer first, then Coil Cleaner & Brightener Non Acid Concentrate. Spray coils. Wait 5 to 10 minutes. Once cleaning is completed, rinse equipment thoroughly with fresh water. NOTE: Do not use on rubber roofs. Do not use on aluminum or aluminum coated metals. 3 Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty & Coil Brightener Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty - Concentrate Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty Concentrate is a self-rinsing coil cleaner for cleaning evaporator coils. A blend of surfactants, cleaners, degreasers and corrosion inhibitors remove stubborn deposits. Product has selfrinsing power when the system produces considerable amounts of condensation to facilitate rinsing. For outdoor use only. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Turn power off. Apply using a low-pressure sprayer. Use 1 part Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty Concentrate to 5 parts water. Add fresh water to sprayer first, and then add the cleaner. Spray cleaning solution onto dirty coils or evaporator plates. Make sure when cleaning electronic air filters, to wet all surfaces of the plates with cleaning solution. For dirty coils, allow to remain in contact for 5 to 10 minutes. For plates, allow to remain in contact for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. If the unit is equipped with sprayers, use for rinsing the system. If hot water is available, use instead of cold water. For self-rinsing, dilute 1 part Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty Concentrate to 40 parts water. This is only effective when sufficient condensation is produced from the system. Coil Brightener - Concentrate Coil Brightener Concentrate is used for restoring brightness to aluminum condensers. It removes oil, grease, and provides a mild controlled etch of metal surface, which minimizes metal loss while restoring surface brightness. For outdoor use only. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Turn off the power. Apply using low pressure sprayer. Add water first to sprayer and then add an equal amount of Coil Brightener Concentrate. Foaming will occur to push dirt outward from coils. For heavy dirt use 3 parts fresh water to one part cleaner. For moderate dirt use 10 parts fresh water, to one part cleaner. Wait 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. NOTE: Do not use Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty Concentrate undiluted or any stronger than one part cleaner to three parts water for cleaning electronic air filters and coils. 15-CCHD-1G Coil cleaner heavy duty - 15-CCHD-5G Coil cleaner heavy duty - 15-CCHD-DR Coil cleaner heavy duty - 15-CB-1G Coil brightener - 15-CB-5G Coil brightener - 15-CB-DR Coil brightener -

4 Metal Cleaning Detergent Concentrate Metal Cleaning Detergent Concentrate is a multi-purpose cleaner formulated for rapid grime penetration and removal. It is an economical surfactant compound, which emulsifies and removes grease, oil and carbon on most surfaces including metal, ceramics, vinyl, rubber and plastic. Most powerful when cleaner is soaked in dirty area for 15 to 20 minutes and then scrubbed using a brush before rinsing away. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Mix 1 part cleaner to 4 parts fresh water. Add fresh water to sprayer first, and then add the cleaner, mix well. Apply using a low-pressure sprayer. Using sprayer, spray area to be cleaned. Allow to soak for 15 to 20 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly using fresh water. For no rinse application, Metal Cleaning Detergent Concentrate can be used where sufficient condensation is generated. Dilute 10 parts of water to 1 part cleaner Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. 15-MCD-1G Metal cleaning detergent - 15-MCD-5G Metal cleaning detergent - 15-MCD-DR Metal cleaning detergent - Heavy Duty - Concentrate Metal Cleaning Detergent Heavy Duty Concentrate is a water based metal cleaning detergent which removes stubborn grease and other hard to remove deposits from metal surfaces, fan blades, condensers, and evaporators. Product has self-rinsing power when the system produces considerable amounts of condensation to facilitate rinsing. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Apply using a low-pressure sprayer. Mix 1 part cleaner to 4 parts water. Add water to sprayer first, and then add the cleaner. Spray cleaning solution on plates. Be sure to wet all surfaces of the plates thoroughly with cleaning solution. Allow cleaner to remain on plates for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. Fresh hot water provides best rinsing. On very dirty systems, it may be necessary to repeat steps 3 to 5. For no rinse application, Metal Cleaning Detergent Heavy Duty Concentrate can be used where sufficient condensate is generated. Dilute 1 part cleaner to 10 parts fresh water. 15-MCHD-1G Metal cleaning detergent heavy duty - 15-MCHD-5G Metal cleaning detergent heavy duty - 15-MCHD-DR Metal cleaning detergent heavy duty -

5 Ice Machine Cleaner Concentrate Ice Machine Cleaner Concentrate is formulated for cleaning all types of ice machines including cube, tube and flake. It can also be used to descale commercial dishwashers and coffee making units and is safe to use since it is formulated with food grade materials. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Mix 8 ounces of Ice Machine Cleaner Concentrate with 1.5 gallons of fresh water. Circulate the cleaning solution for 1 hour. Heavy dirt may require brushing equipment with a concentrated solution by mixing 8 oz. to 1 gallon fresh water. Drain cleaning solution. Rinse system with fresh water twice. Discard first batch of ice. Metal Compatible(Nickel Safe) - Concentrate Ice Machine Cleaner Metal Compatible Concentrate removes normal lime scale formations, which are found in ice machines. It is formulated for use on nickel and tin plate evaporators. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Add 8 ounces of Ice Machine Cleaner Metal Compatible Concentrate with 1.5 gallons of fresh water. Circulate the cleaning solution for 1 hour. Heavy dirt may require brushing equipment with a concentrated solution by mixing 8 oz. to 1 gallon fresh water. Drain cleaning solution. Rinse system with fresh water twice. Discard first batch of ice. 15-IML-16 Ice machine cleaner - concentrate - 16 oz - 12 per case 15-IML-1G Ice machine cleaner - 15-IML-5G Ice machine cleaner - 15-IML-DR Ice machine cleaner - 15-IMM-16 Ice machine cleaner metal compatible (nickel safe) concentrate - 16 oz - 12 per case 15-IMM-1G Ice machine cleaner metal compatible (nickel safe) 15-IMM-5G 15-IMM-DR Ice machine cleaner metal compatible (nickel safe) Ice machine cleaner metal compatible (nickel safe)

6 Scale Remover - Concentrate Concentrate Scale Remover Concentrate is an acid based solution for use on equipment with heavy scale build up and includes low foaming corrosion inhibitors. Its fast penetration effectively dissolves hard to remove build up of scale in cooling systems. An antifoam additive reduces foam during the cleaning process to prevent wasted acid and ensure safety. Take care to remove sludge from sump, close the bleed line and refill with fresh water. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Combine 1 gallon Scale Remover Concentrate to each 15 gallons of water. Start the pump and return to normal operation. Active cleaner is red in color and when neutralized becomes yellow. When the solution becomes yellow, more liquid scale remover is needed. Add another dose equal to the first. Continue to repeat this process until cleaning solution has maintained the red color for 20 to 40 minutes. If you cannot see the cleaning solution, check solution with ph litmus strips every 15 to 20 minutes. If system contains a large amount of dirt and debris, check solution with ph strips. (Refer to instruction card provided with ph strips.) Once cleaning is completed, in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations drain the waste solution from system. (Do not drain to lawns or where plants may be damaged.) Rinse out system by filling the system with fresh water twice. Refill sump, open bleed and resume to normal operation. NOTE: Do not leave cleaning solution in system longer than necessary and not for more than 4 hours. Do not use on stainless steel or aluminum. Do not exceed recommended concentration when using for cleaning galvanized metal, damage can result. 15-SRL-1G Scale remover - 15-SRL-5G Scale remover - 15-SRL-DR Scale remover -

7 Scale Remover - Powder Concentrate Scale Remover Powder is concentrated and acid based for use on equipment with heavy scale build up. Product can be used to descale aluminum, stainless steel, and cast iron. Take care to remove sludge from sump, close the bleed line and refill with fresh water. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while using this product. Use 2 pounds Scale Remover Powder to each 15 gallons of fresh water. Start the pump and return to normal operation. Active cleaner is red in color and when neutralized becomes yellow. When the solution becomes yellow, more powdered scale remover is needed. Add another dose equal to the first. Continue to repeat this process until cleaning solution has maintained the red color for 20 to 40 minutes. If you cannot see the cleaning solution, check solution with ph litmus strips every 15 to 20 minutes. If system contains a large amount of dirt and debris so you cannot see the color, check solution with ph strips. (Refer to instruction card provided with ph strips.) Once cleaning is completed, in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations drain the waste solution from system. (Do not drain to lawns or where plants may be damaged.) Rinse out system by filling the system with fresh water twice. Refill sump and resume to normal operation. NOTE: Do not leave cleaning solution in system longer than necessary and not for more than 4 hours.
