Formerly called Quality Assurance Review (QAR) Training for Team Chairs, this 2-day training requires completion in order to serve as an External Review Lead Evaluator for school accreditation external reviews National Teacher Training Institute Master Teacher To reach teachers across the country through our 15 regional Institutes, NTTI managers at our public television stations identify local teachers to become Master Teachers. Selected for their expertise, writing ability, presentation skills, and enthusiasm for using instructional video and Internet technologies, our Master Teachers are trained in the NTTI methodology and work closely with NTTI managers and WNET Education. At our one and twoday Institute workshops, Master Teachers work with local teachers in small, cooperative learning groups, sharing strategies for teachers to take back to the classroom. III.
