5 BRIEF HISTORY Established in 1995 as a JAR-145 certified maintenance center in Ankara Esenboğa Airport to serve Bell Helicopters & Beechcraft aircrafts in Turkey. Fully acquired by Kocoglu Group in 2008 and re-structured to adopt the upcoming growth. 18 AIR AMBULANCE & AIR TAXI OPERATION CENTER At Skyline s Flight Operation Center, flight plans, arrival-departure-cancellation-delay messages are delivered to the related air traffic unit directly by its licensed flight dispatchers through AFTN system enabling significant time savings which can be life saving during EMS operations. 20 MAINTENANCE CENTER IN ANKARA ESENBOĞA AIRPORT The sole maintenance provider for 20 airplanes and 25 helicopters owned by its customers in addition to fulfilling all maintenance requirements of 19 helicopters in its fleet. Skyline holds approval to perform maintenance on: 7 different airplanes (Hawker Beechcraft 400XP, 1900, B200 Series, C90 Series, Premier 1, Embraer Legacy 600 and Twinotter DHC-6), 3 of them being heavier than 5700kg 10 different types of helicopters (Eurocopter EC135 & EC145; Bell 206 Series, 222, 230, 407, 430; Agusta A109 Series & AW139; Robinson R22/R44 Series)

21 MAINTENANCE CENTER IN ANKARA ESENBOĞA AIRPORT Skyline is one of two authorized service center for ELT programming and testing. All spare parts are procured from the OEMs or vendors approved by them. Trainings for all technical staff is followed and planned as required by DGCA and JAR Rules. All technical publications for aircrafts are kept current by subscriptions through OEMs. Our maintenance staff is available around the clock on request and our mobile teams support our customers wherever and whenever they need.

23 TRTO ACADEMY While Skyline s Type Rating Training Organization (TRTO) founded in 2009 with the aim of getting type rating for only its Pilots who are serving to Ministry of Health for EMS operations; at the moment it is the sole authorized Helicopter TRTO by the Turkish DGCA under the requirements of JAR-FCL 2 and JAR-OPS 3 to perform AW 109 Series, EC 135 and EC 145 type helicopter trainings.
