Functionality like patch management, software audit, hardware audit and remote desktop overlaps with GFI LanGuard, but Windows Intune has malware protection included and misses vulnerability assessment and network audit features present in GFI LanGuard. Complete network security solution Works as a virtual security consultant assisting with vulnerability assessment, patch management, network and software audit and security issues remediation. Works only with Microsoft client operating systems Does not support Windows servers, Linux and Mac OS systems. Multiple platforms support Vulnerability assessment for Windows, Linux, Mac OS and network devices such as routers, switches and printers. Patch management for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X systems.
