A secure, EMV-enabled mobile payment system that allows small merchants to use a smartphone or tablet for payment acceptance, the e105 connects directly through the audio jack. PAYware Mobile e105 is modular which means it can also be connected to the smart device via a cable to facilitate payment in an environment where the merchant may not want to hand over their mobile phone or tablet. The e105 provides multi-platform support across all smart devices, whether Android or ios, it is truly form factor agnostic. The device is available as a standalone product, can be integrated into a merchant s own environment or white labelled for reselling purposes. 8 SOLUTION COMPONENTS PAYware Mobile e105 has four basic solution components, provided as a single managed service: 1. HARDWARE DEVICE 2. DEVICE SOFTWARE We will develop an application on your behalf or we will provide an API for you to integrate into. We will manage the certification process at the acquiring bank to ensure that the application meets globally defined card brand requirements. We will provide interface support to customise skins suited to customer requisites. 3. ESTATE MANAGEMENT VeriFone provides a centrally managed hosted environment to oversee the e105 estate, both from a transaction routing perspective and to handle security or compliance requirements that may change from time to time. This involves: pro-active estate management firmware upgrades to e105 hardware interface with Apple App or Android stores for estate application updates merchant reporting and management tools 4. MANAGED ENVIRONMENT Our managed environment handles the routing of financial transactions to relevant banks and allows for third party applications to connect through us to their host environment. The VeriFone estate management environment provides easy, scalable access to points of presence in the market and allows pro-active data management.

SUPPORT Call centre support is provided by our team of skilled technical staff who handle support queries and fault reporting, comprising a fully integrated call logging system managed by up to 25 support, admin desk and on-call technical staff active countrywide. Field support is available in South Africa on an ad hoc basis through VeriFone s team deployed across the country. With a fleet in excess of 60 vehicles, technicians are dispatched from regional provincial offices in the Cape, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Johannesburg while the remaining provinces are serviced via satellite offices.
