Launching its spiral welded steel pipe produc on in 1983, the Company integrated with the Ceceli Group in Developing s ll its product ranges neat to the ever increasing customer demands, Emek Boru is commi ed to leveraging the quality of its produc on up to the highest a ainable grade, through a variety of investments it makes on produc on technologies and its human resources. Currently, Emek Boru maintains its spiral welded steel pipe produc on cycles running through 4 separate produc on lines equipped with the latest state of the art technologies installed and commissioned in its modern manufacturing plants on an area of square meters of open land with a square meters confined space located in the first Organized Industrial Zone of Ankara. With an annual capacity of tons, these facili es take on manufacturing of products in full conformity with both local and interna onal standards. 14 TRANSPORTATION Following the comple on of the produc on stages, steel pipes are transported to their end users. For this purpose, means of land, marine and railroad transporta on are employed in Emek Boru. During shipment, pipes are loaded into containers, railroad cars and seagoing vessels by means of suitable li ing equipments under direct supervision and instruc ons of the Final Inspec on Teams. Thereby the products suitably placed and sealed in containers depart from the manufacturing plant under insurance supplied with underwriters against all risks of damage that may occur throughout the transporta on process. 12 Spiral Welded Steel Pipes
