Two closed cell elastomeric foam tubes of high temperature resistant EPDM are reliably protected against mechanical damage by a protecting UV Resistant coating. Flow & Return pipes can easily be separated without damaging the insulation or the protective coating. 2 in1 SOLARTUBE is the way to reduce installation time whilst ensuring a leak free installation. DESIGN OF THE CORRUGATED PIPES The corrugated stainless steel pipes have a wide pitch. Therefore, they are very malleable and easy to install. Even smallest bending radii can be obtained without a kink. The welding seams are free of annealing colour and the pipes are tested for 100% leak tightness. All pipe ends are cut neatly, free of burrs and are covered with plugs. INSULATION WITH UV RESISTANT PROTECTING SHEATH The insulation consists of two insulation tubes which are joined together by a tear resistant black protecting especially in spaces where the tube is bent. The two insulated pipes can easily be separated by cutting the ligament. The compatibility of the insulation material and the corrugated stainless steel pipes is guaranteed. 5 2in1 SOLARTUBE QUICK JOINT FITTINGS INSTALLATION GUIDE Posizionare la lama nella scanalatura perpendicolarmente al tubo. Place the blade in the groove perpendicularly to the pipe. Il taglio deve essere netto, senza bave. The cut must be clean and without burrs. Non smontare il raccordo: qualora succedesse accidentalmente, il piede dell anello interno va in appoggio sul corpo raccordo. Do not disassemble the fitting: should this accidentally occur, the foot of the inner ring must be rested on the fitting body. Spingere il tubo nel raccordo fino ad avvertire lo scatto CLACK (fig. 6). Push the pipe into the fitting until the CLACK sounds (fig.6). Allentare manualmente il dado di circa 1/2 giro, salvo non lo sia già (fig. 5). Manually loosen the bolt by approximately 1/2 rev, unless is not already loose (fig.5).
