Will be teaching LDRS 590 in the Spring 2011 as well as a section of LDRS 591 (Scholarly Inquiry) in the emal program beginning in June. Am currently revising LDRS 590 to LDRS 591 specifications in anticipation of MA in Leadership program restructuring, as well as for delivery in China in the emal program offering. Pastoral K-12 School-based Have received a provisional ministry license from the Evangelical Free Church of Canada. Preached an average of once per month for three years, performed required duties of a pastor. LAY MINISTRY AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES Currently serving on the Canadian board and the International Board of UIM International, a mission agency engaged in First Nations church planting. Past service on the board of the Lower Pacific District, Evangelical Free Church of Canada, the board of UIMI Canada (serving First Nations) as well as the Advisory Council to the President of Trinity Western Seminary. Recent professional reading has included numerous works by such authors as Michael Fullan, Robert Greenleaf, John Maxwell, Fons Trompenaars, and John Kotter, Alexander Hill, Peter Scazzero, Robin Lovin, Joseph Badaracco, Craig Johnson, and Thomas Sergiovanni.
